This review is based on my experience at this branch specifically, I opened an account with them at the Palisades Park Location but after moving to Englewood decided to come here because it was much closer, but for some reason anytime I come there to withdrawal my own money they make it seem like I’m a criminal or something taking 25 mins to withdrawal $1000.. I understand security precautions of a bank but it was my second visit both times I had an issue and had to wait 25-30 minutes for it to be approved by the “main branch” . I bank with other big banks before and thought using a Korean bank would be supportive but it’s honestly has me thinking of switching back. Will update on next visit
