I just picked up my Jeep Grand Cherokee and even though I had to go back twice to solve the issue. I am extremely happy that the issue was solved and my car is running smooth. I am satisfied with the service that I received and I will return in the future.

For me, the worst place to buy a car, the Jeep brand is good, but if you want to buy a vehicle, I don't recommend it at all. They sell you the car and they don't recommend the service. When you go to the service, they charge you like no dealer charges after you sign. Hispanics don't pay attention to you. I don't think they are welcome. They sold me a Jeep for 82,500.00 and they never gave me a single service. The car has noise in the factory doors and they never wanted to fix them. I have had to use my car with a noise as if it were old after I signed it I never saw wanting to charge for diagnosis being the new car Hispanic there is more room

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I was having issues with my car and was nervous to bring it into the service department—because I thought they would charge me an arm and a leg. Yet, my worries were alleviated when I met Dominick who spent time with my car as well as with me to explain all of the issues that needed to be addressed. While I was worried about the cost, Dominick worked his administrative magic and was able to present me with affordable options to fix my car. I can't brag enough about my experience with the service department. Thank you, again!

Google should really start allowing zero stars, as this establishment deserves it. I wish I had read the reviews before bringing my car here.I brought my car in for service as the Automatic start light was on and the car is still under warranty with only 18,000 miles on it. After waiting seven hours, I was told it was fine, even though ALL Jeeps with the dual battery system are known to have an issue with the small battery that affects the auto start. If you know this is a known issue, why not just replace it under warranty and do the right thing by your clients? But they did not, forcing me to return a few weeks later as the light went on again. When I came for the second time, they seem to show pictures of damage caused to my car due to rodents and will charge $2,300 instead of fixing the issue under warranty. When telling them, I'd like to go for a second opinion, Dominick Baglione said we will have to pay $450 for the diagnoses. After telling him, we do not agree with his diagnoses and asking to speak with a supervisor, he said there is no one higher than him and he will not release the car until he is paid. After forcing our hand, we agreed to pay and let him know that we will dispute in with the credit card, he charge an additional $30 misc fee. When questioning the fee, he said it is a "shop fee" for gloves and rags for the guys. Go figure, this place will nickel and dime you all the way...For reference, I leased three vehicles here within the last four years and will never be back again. Ensure you stay away from Dominick Baglione, a con man with a Jeep logo on his shirt. In response to your generic response;Thank you but, I asked multiple times to speak with a supervisor but Dominick Baglione said " he was the the highest supervisor there" and judging from the previous reviews, you do not provide anyone with the "highest level of service" to anyone. I am not interested in speaking with anyone from your dealership until the money is refunded in full.

(Note: 4 stars - always leave room for growth.)However, this was one of my most pleasant auto purchase ever. With the assistance of a young gentleman (that knew a lot about cars) I later drove off the lot with a very nice SUV.The young man was very knowledgeable and friendly which made the process so very easy and quick. He gave me very clear instructions on how the process work and what to expect with my financial history. Awesome communication skills. Just what I look for. No sales gimmicks! The only problem I had, I wasn’t sure what I needed to do with my Audi. With a great offer, they took my old car and put me into this very nice prestige vehicle. Now I’m more than happy.I am happy with the service and committed effort that was given to the me. These guys did exactly what all dealerships should do. Make (coming out) to buy a car easy again. Online shopping is not for everyone.I highly recommend anyone who’s interested in great service, friendly staff, and reliable vehicles come here. See for yourself.

The worst car buying experience EVER. I returened 2 Jeep Grand Cherokees to get into 2 , 2024 new ones, dealership made it seem like they were going to keep the old ones to sell in lot. To my surprise they sent back to the bank and now I’m getting hit with early termination fees and eventually the difference of the old ones if the bank doesn’t get what they want at the auction. The dealer keeps acting like oh it’s nothing it will sell, but how are they so sure… i don’t know who dropped the ball here , between my saleswoman , the managers. For the last few weeks mind you we got the new ones 1/20/24. They still owe me a dealer check they need to replace. It’s taking forever. Stay far away from this dealership so the same thing doesn’t happen to you.

I will not use this dealer again. They are the worst. $450 just to look at a vehicle. Gime me a break.

Extremely terrible car service experience!!! I have never written a review online, but due to the poor service quality of this dealership, I have to share my experience with customers who are interested in this dealership.1. Calls never received: When my car broke down, I sent it to their service department, but the staff never called me to tell me what has been wrong with it. When I called to inquire about the repair status, the dealership staff were very vague in their statements, and sometimes no one even responded with very long wait time, even for more than 1 hour waiting on the phone line. But later, the car dealer said that I never answered his call, so the car was left aside and not repaired for 20 days.2. Infinitely extended submission deadline: While my car had not been repaired for a long time, I negotiated with Domnick, and finally I decided to continue repairs at the dealership. He promised that the estimated delivery time of the vehicle is 2024/02/09. But it took me until February 23, 2024 to finally get the car. During this period, I kept calling to inquire, but they always had to wait for their response.3. The service staff’s knowledge about auto repair is worrisome: When I got the car, the battery failed due to long-term storage and I couldn’t drive the car. The relevant staff didn’t even know where the most basic ignition position was.4. The car maintenance was not done properly. Since my car could not be driven due to problems with the key chip and starter, the staff prepared a new key for me. But the new key doesn't work to open my car door, which means I have to hold two Jeep keys at all times to drive, the old and the new one. Besides, I was informed that only the key needed to be replaced in the first time, they told me the car was good to go after the key replacement. While the car broke again after the key replacement, I drove it back only the know that the key slot also needed to be replaced, while they did not inform me at all the first time I drove in.Finally, I would like to make some comments about Englewood: For any industry, it is indeed very important to gain profits, but as a service industry, you should at least serve your customers seriously instead of doing things half-heartedly. Losing your reputation will not hurt you. Not a good thing. Half-hearted service does a disservice to customers and the industry as a whole. This place does not even deserve a single star! Therefore, I implore anyone considering doing business with them to exercise caution, or better yet, look for alternatives.

It was a pleasure to deal with Eddie Lopez, our salesman, and also the gentleman who handled the financial end. Overall, I would recommend dealing with this company.

A Customer's NightmareMy experience with the Jeep dealership in Englewood Cliffs was nothing short of a disaster. I entrusted my vehicle to their care on July 10, 2023, only to endure a five-month ordeal that revealed the dealership's incompetence and lack of integrity. The manager, Mr. Dominique Baglione, initially claimed that the delay in repairing my car was due to parts being on backorder. However, after four months of waiting, it became apparent that this was a convenient excuse to cover up their incompetence. To add insult to injury, I was blindsided by insurance storage fees that Mr. Baglione claimed were incurred due to my insurance provider's failure to contact them promptly. This was an outright lie, as I had diligently ensured that all necessary communication was in place. The situation escalated to the point where I had to involve consumer protection agencies to force the dealership to return my car.Upon moving my vehicle to the Yonkers dealership, I was shocked to discover that Englewood Cliffs had not performed the required work on it, despite their claims that the car was fixed on July 26th. The stark contrast in service and efficiency between the two locations was glaring. In a surprising turn of events, Yonkers managed to rectify the issues and return my car to me within a mere four weeks. The Englewood Cliffs Jeep dealership's lack of transparency, false claims, and utter negligence have left me with an unforgettable and regrettable experience. I would strongly discourage anyone from considering their services, as they have proven to be unreliable, dishonest, and incapable of providing satisfactory service.

I went for an oil change and was told that I needed to do a 30 thousand service which cost me more than 1800 dollars! Such a rip off!! Just terrible!! I feel they took advantage of me, I just found out in a place near me, after showing the actual receipt, they one Dodge Englewood Cliffs gave me. what they did for the service doesn’t cost more that $450 dollars. They put in the receipt that the job took 4 hours to be done but it was done in less than 2 hours which means they charge me $1350 per 2 hours only labor! It says also that the parts cost $379 which means this dealership charge me $1842 total with taxes and a 3% fee for using a credit card, like really? Not only they clearly are extremely overpriced but I feel I the pressure it’s Just terrible, they just lost a customer. Never going back again.

My sales lady was Charmaine Hoilett very nice lady. We wanted a specific car which was Jeep rubican 2 doors MANUEL. She worked greatly on it. We built the car together and ordered it. It came much sooner than expected like in 2 months maybe even less. She kept us posted for everything, and took care of everything we needed she is the best! I highly recommend her if anybody looking forward to lease or finance a car. Also, Tim was so helpful and patient.

I had been shopping since October when I first went to Englewood Jeep. I met my salesperson Charmaine Hoilett which was friendly from day one. She showed me a few vehicles and allowed me to test drive my Grand Cherokee 4xe. I knew exactly what I wanted so she really didn't have to try to sell me on different models. She offered me a fair price, but I still was not ready to lease. I continued to shop around and ended up coming back to her and Tim, which is one of the Sales Managers that I dealt with. After coming back to Jeep Englewood Cliffs I realized that the best overall experience was Englewood. Thank you for getting me my Grand Cherokee Overland which I'm very pleased to drive.
