I received good and fast service, I'm waiting for the part that needs to arrive.
Let's hope that part arrives quickly and we receive good service like on the first visit.

Terrible service, no loaner cars, I asked for something to be checked and it wasn’t done. Was told 2 hours and I spent 4 hours waiting at dealership. Go to your local repair shop or a different Jeep dealership

They called me saying the issue is fixed and when I picked up the car the red engine light on the dashboard was still on. Now I have to take a second day off work to bring it back for service

This is the fourth time my vehicle has been with the dealership for the some symptoms. The service team had my car for a total of more than two weeks and offered no loaner car and only $150 off my repair for “rental charges.” And the service team never calls with updates. I have to text and text and text, and in some instances just show up at the dealership to get an update. Calling does not work; no one answers the phone.
In August I paid thousands of dollars for a repair that came with a warranty. I had to return twice for the same symptoms. The second time I returned (i.e., my third visit) I was told it was a minor issue, but that they would repair the issue free of charge under the warranty when the part arrived. The vehicle was returned to me and I was told I would get a call when the part arrived. I received no call (and if I maybe missed the call, I have no voicemail or follow up via email or text). About three weeks after the last visit (the third), the symptoms returned. On a Monday morning, I once again dropped off my vehicle. I sent text messages throughout the day asking for updates and received no response. So around 5:00 pm, I had to uber from work to the dealership to get an update. Lo and behold, the team needed “more time” to assess the issue and I had to leave my car overnight. On Tuesday, I once again had to chase down updates on my vehicle. This time I was told there was a new issue that did not relate to the original repair, and I would need to pay thousands more for the repair. I questioned if this was truly unrelated to the original repair given that the symptoms were the same and the repair was being performed in the same exact area. And I also questioned how this new issue wasn’t identified the three prior times they diagnosed and repaired my vehicle mere weeks ago. How could such a serious issue manifest in two to three weeks without any prior notice?
I was offered “goodwill assistance” consisting of free parts, but I would still have to pay labor which cost thousands of dollars. I was provided no itemized invoice; I had to ask for it multiple times. When I received the payment invoice, the total was hundreds of dollars more than what I was quoted for alleged “taxes” that were not itemized on the invoice.
It’s now day 10 without my vehicle. No loaner, and no attempt to get a loaner or make an exception. I originally chose this dealership given its proximity to home and work. I was told only a service center at the dealership could access the vehicle’s “computer” to properly diagnose the issue. After the initial repair, I had to return because this location issued my warranty.
Vehicles have problems. Expensive problems. But the customer service journey over these last few weeks with this location has been abysmal, and I truly question whether the new repair is different from the original or whether they simply failed to diagnose it properly one of the three times they previously had the vehicle.
I have, and will continue, to escalate this situation to dealership and corporate leadership.

Had a great experience at Jeep service in Englewood Cliffs. My car was ready on time and the staff was so friendly. I highly recommend it.

Horrible service . That guy Dominic is very disrespectful and is quick to try to throw someone out of that place . He should learn how to speak to people .
Prices are outrageous and to end up with the car still having the same problem is a waste of time and money . Save your money and take it some where else . Not the place to get anything fixed because they will just keep adding on to the bill .
