I purchased a television that turned off by itself and will not turn back on. I am happy to say LG is standing by their product and covering the repair.

Just wasted $2800 on a new tv, optical cable port broke the first time we tried to plug a cable into the POS. This company has a nerve fleecing the public by marketing their poorly engineered products. Do not buy from this company.

I have had so many problems with LG's customer service that it will take a whole page to list or describe them. I just do not understand how this company works. Can I ever talk to someone responsible who knows what they are doing? I am fed up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
