Beware! LG fridge has been broken for over a month. Customer service is useless. Just a run around.
Two different service companies ( ASC and LG) BOTH diagnosed the fridge as unrepairable due to yoder line leak behind the cabinet panel LG tech ripped the back of the fridge panel and called it an acceptable repair.
LG customer keeps scheduling techs to replace a none replacable part. It is a line leak inside the walls.
Sealed system have a 5 year warranty. Fridge broke at 2 years. Living off a mini fridge.
I am sick of this fridge and tried all numbers for help. Even the Presidential Liason. They told me the fridge was going to be refunded. Then I get a text for scheduling service again. What a waste of funds and resources.
Any help to end this nightmare please.

I purchased a television that turned off by itself and will not turn back on. I am happy to say LG is standing by their product and covering the repair.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Worst online purchase experience ever!!! Purchased a kitchen bundle on June 5, LG was supposed to deliver by the 28th, delivered on July 2nd. Frig was visibly damaged and I spent the next three months trying to work with LG "customer service" and LG's "Presidential Liaison, Penelope" to exchange the frig. Which after about 6 weeks, Penelope informed me that LG policy is to have the item returned and re-purchased. Then wasted another 6 weeks and over 3 1/2 hours on the phone with "customer service" and text messages to Penelope, the "LG Liaison" who refused to give me her email address by the way, to try and re-purchase the frig. Gave up after three months of the run-around and requested they pick up ALL of their appliances to which Penelope agreed to refund me in full. It's now November 1st and still waiting on refund. I was charged on June 5th and waited almost a month for delivery and they picked up the kitchen bundle on October 4th but nope, I have to wait for another month to receive refund?! I have several LG products and will never purchase online at LG EVER again. Best bet is to go in person to Home Depot or Lowe's and purchase through store. LG customer service....well enough said, it's non-existent.

Don't get the electric double oven range. Not only does it not heat evenly even though I've calibrated it with a professional oven thermometer, the burners are dangerous. Firstly, the knobs are on the front and if you gently press them the burners go on. Secondly, our front right burner only had one temperature - incinerate. It warped pans and burnt many meals. It turned out the burner controller had burned out - literally. the connectors were also fried. We had to pay $50 to replace the part ourselves. I'm so glad we did - that range could have set the house on fire. The model number is: LDE4413ST but I wouldn't recommend getting any LG oven. Consumer reports recommends GE, should have gotten one of those instead.

I purchased a dryer from them, and noticed that the lint screen wasn't totally flush. Over time, the problem got worse and is now eating hundreds of dollars of clothes. I ordered a replacement lint screen, and that too does not fit. I'm being told I need to order a new housing unit because this model was defective from the start (see all the videos and complaints online). This is going to cost me $350. I called LG several times, was rerouted multiple times and then hung up on twice. DO NOT PURCHASE AN LG PRODUCT!

Our compressor went out on our refrigerator three weeks ago. I called a local company who has dealt with LG and knows how to fix everything. The only problem is that LG claims that every time they call my service company no one picks up the phone or that they have emailed the info many times without a response
I emailed the information to the company and they sent it to LG two times, but LG claimed they never received it. Then I called LG and my company so that LG could get the information. I called back the following week and my case file had been lost. I was reassigned a new case file. I explained every thing to the new CSR and let him know that I am taking pictures of every thing so in case we have to go to court over this mess. Or I can release all of the incompetent statements on social media. He was very kind, but again this week they stated that the phones rang and no one picked up. My did not respond to their email either. I had two problems. I told the CSR there was a phone issue and I called using two cell phones. All the information was obtained. Second, LG never contacted me to let me know about this. I am calling the office in New Jersey in the morning to get answers.
I have taken pictures and notes on every thing.

Just wasted $2800 on a new tv, optical cable port broke the first time we tried to plug a cable into the POS. This company has a nerve fleecing the public by marketing their poorly engineered products. Do not buy from this company.

If I could give them 0 stars I would, a 4-year-old top loader LG washer exploded in my laundry causing severe damage to our wall. Fast forward a week later and calls to customer service every single day, we are be given the run around. They will not take responsibility for their unit exploding. If someone were in the room at the time, they could have been severely injured. The product should be inspected for a recall but all they can do is ignore it and place blame on the customer. Even more, this product is still under warranty. I will remove this review if we ever get a response and proper resolution from the company. Until then, be careful all and don't stand near your top loading LG washer while its running.

We bought all brand new LG products 3 years ago and since, our stove clock no longer works and the front burner will only work on high which makes it unusable most of the time. This is not what I would expect from an LG product when spending $800+ especially when one of the issues we are experiencing is a known problem by LG. Customer service was no help and told us we had to buy new or deal with it. I would never recommend or buy LG again.

Dear Mr. Doan
I am shocked at the lengths that LG has gone to prevent a customer to contact anyone that could effectively help them. Your company has truly made inadequate customer service an art.
I have had multiple escalations to the President's office, and an equal number of missed commitments, falsifications, and evasive answers for the same problem recurring multiple times in far less than 90 days.
Our last service call was yet another disappointment on our refrigerator. He told us he had conflicting codes and consequently could not fix the problem. He also turned the door alarms off, and who knows what else.
We have lost a freezer full of food 3 times. Liaisons from the President's office lie about calls or emails made, making it sound like the client dropped the ball, when in fact the President's liaison had missed their guaranteed promises and commitments to the client. (Listen to the recordings)
I begged the most recent liaison Kim to call me for her follow up on Thursday, October 10th, but instead she sent a text on the unmanned text number days later. On October 15, five days late, she sent an email from the unmanned email address at 6:52 am complaining that I had not returned her non-existent emails. I sent yet another Presidential complaint when Kim missed her first commitment but was not surprised to get zero response.
We are ready to put the LG refrigerator out at the curb offering it up to anyone who needs spare parts. I know we would not be the first to do so.
How do we resolve these repetitive problems and get a method for a consistent contact within the US that actually has accountability to the client? We want to know what the inconsistent codes are, what tools were deactivated, and why LG has repetitive problems.
Please contact me via a working two-way phone number so we can resolve and end this nightmare. Thank you.

Yep I was warned! But I bought an LG dishwasher anyway. 3 weeks in and it doesn’t dry well at all!! Asked LG to send a technician to look at it. Well guess what? That’s not covered under the warranty????!!!! Here’s why…I was told by customer service that you MUST use rinse aid with LG dishwashers. Was that in the advertisement or overview of the dishwasher when I bought it. No it wasn’t. Sounds like FALSE ADVERTISING to me. If I had known that rinse aid wasn’t OPTIONAL I would’ve never bought this brand. Lesson learned. Thanks LG. I’ll make sure everyone I know is informed about your product BEFORE they buy.
I’ll try rinse aid and update this review but I never had to use rinse in the past.

LG does not stand behind their products. I have a 77' TV, less than two years old, that is now a useless brick. LG pushed a software update and now the TV will not work. I went through the online chat troubleshooting, TWICE, because the first person just stopped the chat. The second person gave me contact information for local LG repair shops. When I inquired about how LG would arrange payment for the damages they caused the support person and subsequently a "supervisor" said LG will not pay for what they broke because the warranty is over. So, LG can push out software that can brick your expensive devices and they will not take responsibility for their failures. TURN OFF AUTO UPDATES! I WILL NEVER BUY FROM LG AGAIN!!!!
