Gas Leak on LG Range, LRG3060. Smelled Gas, used meter to find leak under cook top at manifold. Lifted off Cook top to find leak. Called LG, Service guy shows up, stated will order parts and come back to install. Five minutes after leaving receive an email, "Gas Leak at Manifold, Customer took Range apart, Can not service, Voids Warranty"... Service Tech said nothing!!!! All I did was lift off the cook top to locate leak!! Not Right.LG seems more interested in $$ than customer safety!Update 2/14: attempted to contact “Gaby”, no reply….. no one home.

I have a refrigerator that has quit working and I have had repairs done on it and it still doesn't work now they're telling me they want replace it due to the age if it that's wrong they have been working in it for the last 6 to 7 months now I will never pay another LG again. They don't stand behind their products

I bought an LG Gram laptop computer. It was wonderful. It weighed 2.2 lbs.! It had the latest Intel chip in it. I loved it. And then unexpectedly, of all things to go wrong, the hinge. THE HINGE! Failed. It broke.I paid 1800 bucks for this machine. And the damned hinge broke. OK. So, LG wanted 500 bucks to fix the damned hinge. And I paid it! $ 500 bucks, a year after I bought it. And they fixed it! OK. I'm alright...right? But then after six months, the hinge failed. Now I am in for this for $ 2300 bucks.And they took it back and fixed my hinge. Am I alright. YES. This hinge lasted less than 1 year, so I, of course, contacted LG to fix their ill-conceived, ill-designed hinge again. Their answer was NO! The product was now over three years old. But their repair was less than one year old. They told me NO!And now I can tell you, DO NOT BUY AN LG LAPTOP! THEY HAVE A DESIGN FLAW WITH THE HINGE. AND THEY WILL NOT STAND BY IT!DO NOT BUY AN LG LAPTOP...OR ANYTHING ELSE THAT THEY MAKE. THEY DO NOT STAND BY THEIR PRODUCTS!I AM RANDY EPNER, AND I WILL NEVER BY ANY LG PRODUCT AGAIN, AND I SUGGEST YOU DO THE SAME!

Bought an 86” tv from bjs I’ve spent months fighting with LG showing them that there are bright white lines that run through my TV they refused to help me and have people that barely speak English and just repeat themselves over and over finally I wrote to the Better Business Bureau and they had a repair company come out who confirmed that it is not normal that these bright white lines run through the TV and that it is not repairable it is a defect with this specific bottle and he sees it all the time Even after their repair company that they confirmed all of this they are still refusing to do anything about it and claiming it is normal it is NOTIt doesn’t matter what we are watching these lines always appear Guy went in to all of the settings nothing fixes it.Chris this is not a picture issue that can be resolved by going into the settings the professional TV repair company that you had come out to my home went through everything possible and it does not fix it he said this specific model he sees it all the time and your company refuses to do anything about it or admit any fault

absolutely horrible product and customer service. our refrigerator compressor failed twice in less than 10 years and lg wants us to pay another $650 fee for diagnostic and labor to replace the second bad compressor. lg even had a class action lawsuit regarding this issue. Bought a LG refrigerator in October of 2023. In December a technician came out due to a leak from the ice maker in the door. He diagnosed it as a bad ice fan and claimed that it is a known issue that happens to a lot of the refrigerators. He said the part was ordered and left. On 1/8/2024 I received a message that the technician had canceled the repair. I called immediately and was told the part was on back order. The representative said that if they couldn’t find the part then I would receive a replacement refrigerator instead. I have now been waiting of the customer service “president” to release the return authorization number for two weeks. Refrigerator is still not functioning correctly and all I get is “they will call you back today”. They never call.

We bought this clothes machine on Lowes and since the beginning, using the amount of liquid specific to this machine model, indicated by the marker on the machine's dispenser, black and dark clothes became stained during the cycle. We thought it was a filter problem and bought a lint roll to remove the lint. The machine was a month old. Over time, we found that the machine was “dirtying” black clothes too much and we began the saga of calling technical assistance to report the problem. Firstly, still with LG as we were within the year warranty, the LG rep reported that it could be excess soap, but how, if we were using the amount that the machine's dispenser used? Still, we reduced the amount to 2 tablespoons to no avail. After that, the attendant told us that we should use a washing machine cleaner such as Tide Washing Machine Cleaner with Oxi 3 times in a row. We did this also to no avail, the problem persisted. Then the attendant reported that the water that supplied our house was heavy. They advised us to switch to powdered soap. We tested the dry powder soap, same Tide HE, with no luck. And at this point the LG warranty finished. LG had freed themselves of this problem, always pushing forward with all the testing they asked us to do, evading the problem.We then requested a Lowes technician who reported that the water coming into the machine was dirty, and that this would be the reason for the problem. We hired a private water boiler expert who concluded our boiler was releasing good water to the machine. So the incoming water was good. We also argued that that our previous machine, which was front load, never presented any problems (double confirming that our water is good – besided the point that we drink it every day..). The problem persists. Another Lowes technician came and told us the drum was dirty to do run a cycle with 1 cup of vinegar, this also also did not help.The Lowes technician told us that the Tide Washing Machine Cleaner with Oxi was not the best idea, that we should wash with vinegar.In parallel with this problem, the machine constantly displays the EU code, which indicates that the content of clothes placed inside the machine is unbalanced during the spin cycle, which forces us to accompany in person the entire washing process of the machine, in order to open it and redistribute the clothes inside, so that the machine does not restart the process and fill with water and start the entire washing process again. Clearly the machine should give us less work but like this it is giving us way more work – from the very beginning. We spent hundreds of minutes calling LG, in addition to receiving a technician twice during business hours and, of course, there is the damage to our clothes! This never happened with the previous front load whirlpool machine. This new LG machine has been a source of problems and annoyances since we bought it. No more excuses please and no more laborious procedures. We want our money back, thank you. Don’t buy LG machines, don’t buy it from Lowes. Lowes extend garantee is a cheat. Don’t trust them.

I bought an LG TL WASHER WHT WT7300CW top load washing machine in 2021 with a 3 year warranty. Last month the lid cracked. Called the warranty company and had an LG technician come to replace the lid. As he was replacing the lid the glass shattered into the tub and caused the entire machine to malfunction. He told me to vacuum the glass out and left. I called to report the malfunction and found out he lied and said the glass was already shattered when he got there. Now my claim is being denied because of something called "user abuse". I have pictures of the before and after and do not know where else to go with this. It was a $1000 machine and I should not be responsible for their technicians negligence.

Purchased a LG OLED TV ( 77"on 10/14/2023 @ Best Buy. On Dec 30th, 10 weeks later, the TV went dead and would not turn on.A LG tech finally came out to the house and after 3 hours he and the engineers determined it was one of worst TV he ever tried to service. He had to order many parts for a repair. It is now Jan. 15, 2024 and here I sit without a solution. The TV is under manufacture warranty for 1 year. This company will not stand behind their product.

LG WM3997HWA Combo Washer/Dryer.I give this one star only because the drain pump repeatedly fails. I purchased in 2019 -- I've replaced the pump 6 times. I recommended the combo to two friends, they've replaced 4 and 3 times. I've learned how to replace, but if a person is relying on service calls, this is very expensive,The pump impeller fails -- shaft attachment cracks, or starts slipping. Searching for pumps yields similar complaints.This model is discontinued. new model (heat pump condensing -- much faster -- presumably has fixed this problem.

➖️ 5 stars for lg product .My family purchased lg dishwasher February 8 2023 ,after 3 months of work dishwasher started to do strange stuff like(disco music on display),turning of not finished full wash,making different noises,not drainingwater fully....We had like 3 technical guys coming to house and try to fix it,and it still does same stuff.we connected lg customer service department, and honestly i dont have words how terrible they are tottaly unprofessional, disrespectful and stressful. My family and my friends will NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER BUY lg product again!!!!!!!And yes one more thing ...lg your slogan lg-LIFE IS GOOD .....Its total LIE!!!!!LIFE IS NOT GOOD WITH lg ITS NIGHTMARE ......lg company you need to change your slogan as fast as possible, and i offer it to make like lg-LIFE IS NOT GOOD WITH US,DONT BUY OUR PRODUCT....

Created an USA account by accident because google did send me there thanks to the advertisement.Now i cannot create a Dutch version because of this and can,t put apps on my tv without a Dutch account.did try several browsers to delete my account, but it is simply not showing the option probably because i am not in the USA.LG Netherlands cannot help me either and after 16 emails over 3 weeks and sending all the requested information to LG USA they still cannot delete my account.Service for an account is complete useless....
