Everyone does not get treated equally. I feel humiliated I was asked to remove my mask to prove my identity. Meanwhile teller had my identification and bank card. He even went as far to tell me about identity theft. I reported this to corporate and to this Branch Manager and teller is still their. If I had time, I would close out all my accounts and never look back.

I always have to wait more than 20 minutes here. Especially there are only a couple of customers only and not sure why it takes such a long time compared to other TD branches.

Sheer incompetence! Messed up my international wire twice. The first one took months of jumping through hoops with their central office to get back.

While other banks are open to go inside,practicing social distance and hand sanitizer throughout (Chase bank), waiting for 10- 20 minutes in the car to pay mortgage monthly is certainly a hassle.Although there are 2 drive up stations, only 1 is open. It is not the most convenient bank as it proclaims.

9:15 AM, the ATM is out of service and there are no tellers available. I waited but had to leave after 10 minutes.

This is an alert to the minority population & races, after coming to this bank for only a handful of times I was subjected to a racially provoked treatment involving my check. Simply trying to cash my check was an issue with me, they asked me tons of questions for no reason, I fear it had to due with the fact I belong to a minority (Latino) it might’ve been racially provoked. But everyone else passed along given that they were white; I will be taking legal action against them.

Incredibly friendly staff. ATM is outside drive-thru only in parking lot, but pedestrians may still walk up and use it.
