Ms. Sandra, the Assistant Director, is wonderful. Very kind, helpful, and goes above and beyond in supporting the school, families, and children. Lovely person all around. Would recommend the Goddard School!

I can't say enough about the Goddard School. My Child has learned so much under their curriculum. There is a great deal of structure for all the kids. All the teachers provide great care with a very welcoming and nurturing environment. The level of communication from all members of staff is amazing. Thank you Goddard teachers and staff for all you do!

I wish I could give 0 stars, but it's not an option. I am sickened to see a woman running a child care center who is so business focused. It is not about quality at this school and quantity instead. Some teachers have stayed, about 3 but the rest leave and I have met so many of them. I care about the people who I leave my children because that's more telling than what I see for the five minutes tops I am in there. You can not believe that fake smile on Stephanie. Teachers come here because they love to work with our kids, but people like Stephanie, Kate, and Zarife make it hard for them to stay. I have seen them berating teachers there in front of children. That is unethical and not the environment I want my kids in. It is damaging and unhealthy for everyone involved. People there need a lesson on how to handle themselves appropriately. I have heard from teachers that it is unsanitary, unsafe, and not upholding the needs of our children. This is to warn parents and inspire a change.

Staff and teachers are very attentive, kind and caring. Great curriculum, offers specials for kids like dance and gymnastics. Our oldest has been at Goddard Englewood Cliffs for a little over a year, we have been very happy with their regular and summer programming.

I can't say enough good things about the school. Every single person is caring and makes you and your child feel welcome. They are dedicated to providing an enriching, attentive, and individualized learning environment.

Overall very satisfied. It's a safe space, the curriculum is filled with variety and age appropriate learning. The playground is cute. Communications with the school and staff have been really good. Always positive interactions with the staff. Only reason I don't give full 5 stars is that on occasion the student/teacher ratio seemed a bit off and there were more kids per teacher. Some teachers were super warm and affectioned with my child, other's not so much. But in the big picture, childcare is hard and takes a lot of energy and patience...so kudos to those who decide to be employed in that sector. Plus everyone has a bad day so maybe I just witnessed one of those "off" days.

The teachers and staff at Goddard Englewood Cliffs are kind, well-trained and very attentive to the students' individual and collective needs. I had a great experience with this school for my kids who attended Pre-K and K here.The curriculum is excellent, with many hands-on activities for the kids to experiment and foster curiosity and confidence building throughout the day.They also offer excellent opportunities for enrichment classes in music, gymnastics, sports etc. and field trips in the summer to local learning events and attractions.The option to have longer hours in a fun learning setting has been an added advantage, as a working parent, so I don't have to rush at 3pm for the pick-up.To top it all, the owner, Stephanie Chiang, is very engaged in day to day operations and sets a high standard for quality and a kind, safe and happy learning environment for the kids.If you are on the fence, highly recommend scheduling a visit and seeing the school for yourself.

My 1.5-year child started at Goddard School in Janurary, and he was able to adapted to the new environment really fast. Teachers are extremely nurturing and friendly. He bounds with his teacher right the way.
