The front desk staff and sales office are welcoming, friendly and patient with kids, maintenance requests are tended to and resolved in timely manners, common areas are kept spotless, and the playroom has been a space my kids use multiple times a week. We’ve made great friendships in the building that will continue after we move to a house, and it truly feels like commune living, in the best way. Highly recommend to anyone looking for spacious, well-maintained apartments with easy proximity to NYC public transportation.”
