The staff are very friendly and attentive; particularly the manager Miguel. He was kind, professional, and very helpful. I will continue to do my business at this location and I highly recommend others to do the same if they want great customer service!

I'm being generous at 1 star!!!I went 2 times to open a CD and the wait time was in excess of 30 minutes on average. I left BOA 7 yrs ago after banking there for over 35 years, thought I'd give them another try. Some things never change!!!

RACIST ESTABLISHMENT!!!!! Each time I come it’s a new rule as to why I can’t withdraw MY OWN MONEY WHEN USING MY OWN CARD!!! Manager including the tellers racially profile every person of color that enters this establishment. Everyone stays away from this specific branch because they are faced with discrimination each time.

The worst customer service I ever experienced. I reached out through email/phone call they take days if not weeks to reply , still as of this moment waiting for e response I asked about a week and a half ago .Everyone at that bank needs to be replaced. Its sad you have these kinds of people who are in charge of your money/assets and they show little to no effort when it comes to anything. Chose another career if you not gonna do it right .

I am thoroughly annoyed with this bank. I wish they would just freakin close it. Every time I try to deal with them and give them another shot to handle some of my business they just disappoint me. I have yet to have a good, smooth, expedited experience. Their staffing is inconsistent-never the same people and they don't know their frequent customers; the wait is Always long; so much old, empty space and no good help in the space. I am consistently inconvenienced. I always have to reserve one hour for simple things. That is the Only Thing That I Can Rely On with that bank-Being Inconvenienced. I have deposited several checks from my IRA accounts which are federal banks - and each time they made me wait 7 freakin days for them to clear. Chase, Capital One and every other bank Ive used always at least disperse the funds in increments over 3 days so you at least get a third immediately. And once you do it with the same bank a few times there is no wait. With Bank of America they make you feel like you're the thief depositing your own damn money. That is NOT the way you treat long time customers who give repeat business. They have No Freakin Clue. Did I gorget to mention that their atm machine ate my atm card on a Saturday evening before I was to meet friends and left me with no money and had to borrow for the weekend!! And I had to wait for another card to be mailed!! Something has to be done for improvement or why bother providing the bank service in the community at all-just turn it into a shopping center with vendors and make it more worthwhile and enjoyable. It's utterly Ridiculous. I Really Can't Stand That Bank and poor performance team. I am blocking out a morning to open up another account before the new year right around the corner with a smaller bank where the staff will know me and who want to quickly provide customer service and most importantly who will cash my freakin federal checks once they check my ID and bank card as identification. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH BANK OF AMERICA IN ENGLEWOOD, NJ Trust Me.

Worst Bank ever. They put signs on the door that they will be closing at 4pm and I went at 3:30 pm and they were completely closed, one customer said they saw the staff leave by 2:30pm. I always hear the manager of this branch telling her staff to close the door early so they can go home earlier, I hear her doing this all the time. She doesn't know that people are trusted with the business hours which is until 4PM ?!. This is the worst branch to go to and I wasn't the only one who experience this situation . What type of Bank service is this?
