Exceptionally great staff and service. The whole team is professional, friendly and no nonsense. Very helpful and accurate information was provided over the phone. Prices are fair and exactly as listed. Brought my car in for a trade and got out with my new Mercedes in about an hour. Worked with Michael and was very impressed by his ability to make the process go very smooth while doing it all with a friendly attitude and smile. I have visited other Mercedes dealerships and this one is exceptional. Looking forward to doing business again here.

I recently purchased a MB E350 from Benzel Busch.Great dealership to work with, reliable and courteous.I can’t say enough great things about my sales person Eli Kalajian. He is extremely knowledgeable, respectful, patient, and helped me every step of the way. Thank you so much Eli :) Great finance department, my paperwork prepared and never pressured me into additional extras like some finance managers.

Word customer service everBefore 1 month i spend around $1100 for repairing my headlight and right now it’s not working again so when i went back to them they told you need to replace full headlight. The new headlight it cost $1700 so first time i told them if you want you can replace the headlight but they told no you don’t need to replace it so why i will spend $1700 now because i have already spended $1100 before 1 month for that thing and they guys are just fooling me about the charges and headlight issue.Please if you want to fix your problem visit any other dealer not this one.

I was very disappointed with the EXTREMELY poor customer service that I received from service advisor John Powell. I took my vehicle in for a Service A which I was informed by phone that the cost would be $336 since I was having an express service. However, when I arrived and was poorly assisted by John he stated that it would cost $427 due to my class of vehicle. I then informed him that I was not given that price when I scheduled my appointment. Which he rudely, dismissively, and unprofessionally stated, "well that happens." While looking away he ridiculously tried to up-sell me by stating that I needed a Service B which cost over $900 which I know I did not need. I said in disbelief, you have poor customer service. He looked at me with no concern and said, "do you want the service?"I was in shock and asked for his manager and with a nasty tone he pointed towards the front and said he is up there. I went to find the manager and informed the receptionist to bring my vehicle back down and I will take my business to Mercedes Benz Paramus. She spoke to the manager and they assigned me another service advisor, Robert Belzak. He was very attentive, caring, and PROFESSIONAL. I was satisfied with the end result due to his concern and ability to save me as a customer. However, I am still hesitant on returning but, I do appreciate Robert's great customer service.

I rarely leave reviews but after my experience at Benz Englewood with Jieun Chun, I felt the need to leave a review. I've met so many representatives at car dealerships especially for Mercedes Benz over the past numerous years, and my experience with Jieun Chun was so remarkable. She not only was thorough with everything, but she made my family feel welcomed and really went out of her way to care about our satisfaction, having us leave the place with an experience beyond our expectations. I've never met a representative that actually cared so much for their clients to go out of their way to make sure we left with the best deal and experience. I'd 100% recommend everyone to have her as a representative, as she is a talented and bright lady who actually goes out of her way to make sure her clients leave with an exceeding satisfaction and content. My experience was nothing short of exceptional thanks to Jieun Chun. She went above and beyond to ensure that my journey was smooth and stress-free. Her passion for the brand and her position was evident, and her genuine attitude and enthusiasm to help us find our perfect car match made the process all the more enjoyable. All in all, she was incredibly accommodating with everything, and I can wholeheartedly recommend this Mercedes Benz representative to everyone who steps foot in here. Thank you Jieun Chun!!

Please be aware of this location.They have fixed my GLA door panel seat control panel that was pushed in, few month later the same thing came back and they want to charge $250 to just open the door panel and charge me again?Gentlemen who handled this last was a very angry person and I avoid getting to the same level with him.And now I can’t even get a hold of anyone calling 3 times being put on hold for long time and no one calls me back like they say they do?Like guys is this Mercedes service? Can we all just do our job right?UnbelievableAvoid going to this location if you still want to believe Mercedes give a good service.

RIP OFF!! I spent $5,700 on new brakes (!!) and this dealership had the nerve to charge a 3% credit card fee on top of such an expensive bill. Do you really expect me to walk around with $6,000 in cash? This is the cost of doing business - especially given the prices you charge for your services. My local dry cleaners don’t charge me a credit card fee. Have some class, Benzel. This stinks of tax evasion/fraud.

I recently visited for a routine oil change on my vehicle, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The customer service at this dealership left me extremely disappointed and frustrated.Firstly, I was shocked by the exorbitant price I was charged for a simple oil change. The cost far exceeded what I had anticipated, and I felt like I was being taken advantage of. The lack of transparency in pricing was truly disheartening.To make matters worse, when I picked up my car after the oil change, I noticed a BIG nail in one of the tires. I immediately brought it to their attention, explaining that the tire was perfectly fine when I left my car for service. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, they insisted that I purchase a new tire at my own expense.This blatant disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. As a loyal Mercedes-Benz customer, I expected better treatment and care. The fact that they prefer to shift the blame onto me rather than rectify their own negligence is deeply disappointing.I strongly urge potential customers to think twice before visiting them. Their disregard for customer satisfaction and their willingness to add unnecessary expenses to the already pricey services is a clear indication of their lack of professionalism and integrity.In conclusion, my experience was marred by terrible customer service, excessive pricing, and the addition of a nail in my tire, for which they refuse to take responsibility. Save yourself the frustration and seek a car dealer that prioritizes customer satisfaction.

I am writing this review on behalf of my parents since they do not write or speak English. On 7/3/2023 my parents went to this establishment for an oil change and to check for an engine light alert. Upon entering their service department, they asked for a Spanish speaking rep. A female worker (unknown name) advised that she could speak Spanish but did not want to. After this strange encounter the car was subsequently taken inside. They waited over 3 hours for a rep to inform them of the car status despite having an appointment. After 3 hours, they were informed they had to wait longer to check the car. Again, my parents had to wait. My parents left to eat and came back. Upon their return, an English service advisor tried to explain the issues with the car but my parents still did not understand. Finally, the mechanic (Spanish speaking) came out and informed them that the car was not good and that they should think about selling it. He went as far as going to "Google.com" to show that the car was only worth 5k. The mechanic further advised that the repairs would cost 15k. The mechanic specifically stated that there was a leaky pipe and that he would need more time to find out where it was coming from. He provided a list of all the repairs the car needed. My mother got really worried and fortunately declined any further service. My parents immediately took the vehicle to our local mechanic. The car was throughly inspected with the machine that plugs in. The results came back that the car was fine, just needed back brake replacement. The engine light turned on because the fuel cap wasn't tucked in correctly. There was no leaky pipe. I am disappointed as I recommended them to go get their car service done at this "reputable" place. This was their experience. I am heartbroken that my parents experienced this treatment and dishonesty. My parents will not go back and they do not recommend this place.

Five star service all the way. The best in customer service. I have been to several MB dealerships in New Jersey and they are above and beyond by far the best. From the moment you drive into the beautiful service center you are treated with the highest possible customer service. I felt like I was back in Las Vegas pulling up in front of the Wynn hotel. Looking forward to bringing my car back for the next scheduled service. Thank you so much Benzel-Busch!!!
