Dear Team, I have cancelled my boost mobile subscription since the 1st week of August since I was in NYC only for 2 days (July 31 to Aug 1). I was surprised to see my account debited for USD 50 on 29th Oct. My name is George E. and I have been a Boost Mobile customer for many years. Their rates are inexpensive and they don’t add taxes & fees to your monthly bill. Recently due to network changes I needed to upgrade to a new phone. I went to the Englewood N.J. store where Mr. Carlos made the arrangements for my upgrade. He was helpful, polite and patiently took all of the time that was needed to properly set up my NEW Boost Mobile phone. I value knowledgeable customer service very much. Mr. Carlos did a great job and as a result the Englewood store will continue to be my go to location for Boost Mobile service.Dile a tus amigos y familia!
