PROBABLY THE WORSE SERVICE DEPARTMENT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. THEY ARE JUST CHARGING PEOPLE FOR NOTHING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. THE SERVICE REP HAD NO ANSWERS AND I WAS THE ONE THAT HAD TO CALL HIM A FEW TIMES TO GET UPDATES. I AM PRETTY SURE MY CAR SAT IN THE LOT FOR A WEEK. SAD THAT THESE PEOPLE ARE STEALING FROM PEOPLE LIKE THIS. NEVER AGAIN!!!! BEWARE PEOPLE YOU WILL REGRET IT.

VERY HONEST WHEN CONDUCTING BUSINESS AND THEY WILL GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE SATISFIED. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING FOR A HASSLE FREE AUTOMOBILE.

This place has the worst customer service I've ever had with fixing a car. Now I'm told it won't be ready till Tuesday which I'm sure is another lie. All I get is lies and BS when I call to check on progress. Tuesday will be five weeks they've had the car and I had to wait two weeks for an appointment. The QUALITY of customer service is seriously lacking @ Quality Buick in Englewood. If I could leave no stars I would! I had scheduled an appointment for a new vehicle purchased at this dealership less than 18 months ago. Sunday my check engine light came on, I was nervous so I got onto the website to schedule the first appointment for service I could get. The soonest appointment was 11/16 @ 11 am. I recieve a call from Kim this morning telling me I didn’t call Sunday to confirm the appointment. I told her honestly, I didn’t know I needed to confirm an appointment I had made online. I usually get service done by a Performance Buick closer to work. Performance Buick usually calls the customer to confirm the appointment made online. After explaining this Kim proceeded to tell me that well they couldn’t do anything for me. I again tried to reason with Kim but she said the soonest she could get me in is 11/27. The entire time I tried to speak to Kim she was talking over me and telling me there was nothing she could do. She then finally said with a smug attitude I will have the manager call you. The manager did call me, while I was at work in a meeting so I was not able to pick up. He didn’t leave a number to call me back but left me an even smugger message telling he wasn’t able to do anything for me as Kim told me. I didn’t get to speak to him about the attitude I received and the honest mistake. Instead of trying to accommodate someone who has there check engine light on which can be serious. They choose to rebuff a customer. The QUALITY of there customer service and responses should be evaluated by the owner of the dealership. The one thing I do leave on here is Performance Buick understood my issue and graciously accommodated me. They will continue to have my business and my recommendation to others.

I went there to have oil changed. The first person that spoke to me, was a bit abrupt to the point he needs an attitude adjustment. The young lady that did help me, Janessa, was absolutely delightful. Just a note, that the entrance to the service dept is on Van Nostrand Ave.

This is an update to my previous review.Quality Chevrolet's service department has hired an appointment coordinator, Kim. Kim is what the service department needed. My biggest complaint was the lack of communication and what always seemed like chaos. Kim now keeps the service writers accountable to their customers. After receiving a call that the parts for my recall had finally arrived. I booked an appointment with Kim. Upon arrival the service writer fully explained what the recall entailed and how long it would take. He assured me that he would keep me informed on the progress of the service. This visit was a vastly improved experience. The service was completed on time and my car was ready when I went to retrieve it (something that really annoyed me on previous visits, How do you lose a car?)I was so satisfied with the new organization that I have made an appointment for my wife's car. Four starts for this review, if all goes well with wife's car I will add the fifth star.

Three strikes your out.Strike oneIn short their service department is terrible. A few months after purchasing a vehicles from them my electronic dashboard failed. They diagnosed a defective computer they told me they needed to order it and would take 2 weeks. I drove without a dashboard for two weeks. After 2 weeks I called and asked if my parts had arrived the service writer assured me the parts were in and scheduled a visit. Left car all day. I had to call them for status at the end of day. I was put on hold for a long time and was finally informed that nothing was done because the part never arrived. Reschedule for another 2 weeks. Once again left car all day only to get a call telling me that the only tech that worked on computers didn't come in so no one worked on my car. To add insult when I tried to retrieve my car they couldn't find it. It took them over an hour to locate it. It took a third visit to finally resolve my warranty issue.Strike twoI order cross rails for roof rack. They told me would arrive in a few days. Months of Call after call telling me parts didn't arrive. I finally gave up waiting and went in to cancel the order and get a refund. When I presented my receipt the parts clerk said wait a minute, went in the back and brought forth my rails. He claims they had been sitting here for months they didn't know who ordered them.Strike threeWas today. GMC notified me of a recall. Last week I went in to the service department to schedule an appointment for the following week. At that time I asked if they would have the parts and I was assured they would. When I dropped the car off this morning I once again asked if they had the parts for the recall and was assured they did. Two hours later I received a call telling me the parts were back ordered.Add to this every time I've visited the service department there is always another angry customer voicing their disappointment with the quality of their customer service. I should have taken this as a sign and purchased elsewhere.

We bought a used car from this dealership that developed problems after taking it home. The owner resolved the matter to our complete satisfaction. They were decent and honest to do business with.

I took my car in for service on 2/9/2023. It's now 3/7/2023 and I still don't have my car. Nor will they tell me when I will get my car. Each week, it's been the same excuse: the part is coming in tomorrow so you should have it the next day. Two days later: oh, yea, the part was supposed to be shipped, but wasn't and now it's on back-order. One month! One month that I had to pay for the lease -- that I was unable to use! One month that I had to pay for a rental because, even though they advertise loaner cars, they refused to give me one, TWICE. I called this afternoon, twice and each time my "associate" was busy and would call me back later. How much later since it's now 5:36 pm. I've been using their repair shop for years and, although a couple of times I've had to wait for hours for my car, this is the worst experience I've ever had with a service shop and I've been driving for over 40 years.

Very unhappy with the treatment I received at this Buick dealership the salesman was unprepared and had to keep axing the manager information and then the manager was not very nice very rude not rude but not pleasant did not enjoyed my experience there I will never go to that dealership again I’ll go to the one in Mahwah or the one on 17 S. I like Buick but I didn’t like him

What a great team over at Quality GMC! I worked with Shernil and Carlos and they were on point! Very knowledgeable about the different models of cars and I feel like they were honest and didn't try to push me to the most expensive model. They took into consideration me and my families needs and the car just arrived today and it's absolutely perfect. My wife is over the moon and Shernil did a great job showing us the in's and outs of the cars before we took it off the lot. Shout out to the receptionist also, she was always kind when I called for a status update. I wish I could remember the finance guys name but he was great in explaining the different options and why each warranty was beneficial. Highly recommend this team, very well run organization

Front desk agents were very friendly and accommodating. I had a flat tire and stoped by without an appointment and while they had no availability they did appreciate the urgency and were able to fit me into the schedule despite the holiday work schedule. I have been going to GM/Buick service places for over 10 years and this one is my favorite. The agents are friendly and the overall atmosphere is positive. The place is also clean; while sitting in the waiting room, someone was cleaning thoroughly all the furniture. Thank you all, you made my day!
