I was always so impressed with Chase's security until recently. There credit cards are right on target. There wire services are not. You'd think if the wired funds were going to to a particular company and it did not go to them that would be an issue. My other bank takes much more care in the details. I will be moving my merchant and business account, once I set up a new merchant account.

I'm not a fan of Chase as a company, but was always treated courteously at this branch. The wait times are generally decent here and employees are helpful.

Tried to pick up cash at the drive up atm and it wasn’t able to dispense cash. Tried going inside to use walk up atm. Just broken in general. Would be nice to at least have one of the atms work so the bank can at least somewhat fulfill it’s purpose

I waited here for 30 minutes to open a business account. When I was next the chase employee asked why I was there and then said I’ll be right back and never came back. Another employee came and started helping the person that came in after me. Terrible service.

I had went to a Mercedes dealer next door to purchase a car so I had a cashiers check since 2017 that I was holding. So I figured I can use it for a down payment I never needed till that moment! So I go to that bank to cash it in so initial teller had ran the check through the barcode it cleared he did not have enough money in drawer so he called over the head teller or manager. So she takes a look at the check the first thing is why I waited so long to cash it? I told her none of her business y the check is up till 2024 an plus it’s a chase check and I had also account with the bank are there any problems! So I she said that New Jersey only allows up to three years well the check saids 2024. So now she makes the teller whom had printed the checked that I received the funds and she made him put the money back in the bank wow was I upset ?!! So I say to her if u think the check fraud let me deposit in my account she said no can’t do that so we go to her desk and she proceed to act like she talking to some but can’t get through lol!! Then she directs me to go unclaimed.org to c if I can get some help and I like y this check saids up to 2024’! So I go call Chase headquarters and they said that the check was good so go to my branch and they fixed the problem!!! So I filed a formal complaint against of the bank making me feel DISCRIMINATED against and profiling me!! This bank should be investigated for its practice of people of color!!

I believe that "This Location" must be one of Top Bank around Bergen County.Gentle Men who use to work here Name is ""Gabe"" His is 1 of person"" Ready to assist Customer. I forgot to Thanks to Him.Thank you, GABE!!And, Branch Manager!!He is professional with positive attitude.Actually, i went to Location @ Bergen Blvd Chase Location,i could not receive further assistant what i was expect,,But, when i went to @ Englewood Location, Gentle Men""Mustapha"" With patience give me a solution & how to open ACCTBest For Me.It was so happy to receive Service like that.With, COVID19 People have different attitude at these day, but @ Englewood Chase Bank location their some people with Warm heart.Thank you, SIR & Chase!!

The staff at the chase bank on Grand Avenue Englewood, NJ is blatantly bias and I am really surprised because it was once such a neighborhood friendly bank.9/11/21 I went to the bank to attach a signature to a joint account that a family member opened in another state . After speaking to the teller I was told someone will assist me. I stood for more than 15 minutes to speak to a banker only to be informed that he could not help. He send some code to my chase app and before I could sign in to access it he said it was expired and he could not helpI felt that he was being bias because he sensed my disgust or it’s because of my race. The staff are evidently discriminatory.I watched a woman walked in joined the line for the teller, then she looked around saw a banker she seemingly was familiar with and she called her by name, they chatted for a bit and next thing she was being assisted with her transaction and then she left while I stood there waiting .I have no problem taking my money out of chase.

I go to this bank all the time I’ve never had an issue until today I went in for change $10 in quarters the teller inside tells me we don’t have any come back in 2 hours something about that didn’t make sense to me so I asked for a manager the manager came right over and said to him give her quarters he went and got the quarters and tells me to have a nice day what I can’t understand is why he didn’t do that from the beginning instead of giving me a hard time about change ???

I just had the worse bank experience with Sandra. What an obnoxious teller. I hope not to bank at this branch ever!

One of the tellers was extremely obnoxious and not very welcoming (Sandra) yelling across peoples business across the room but the Manager Tyrone stepped right in and was a great help.
