System is unorganized. I went for my refill cause the app notified me and then when I go I got rejected. They keep changing the date in person but not on the app. It’s misleading and then my number of refill went down even tho I didn’t pick it up and my next refill on the app is not for another 3 month.

Is disappointing that you guys lock certain sections in the store and then when you need to get the items you don’t know where you left the keys at. How about stop making the people waste their time.

Josephine, the manager at this location, was absolutely wonderful. Besides being extremely efficient while the store was very busy, she also knew all the customers and treated everyone with such kindness!

This CVS is a great one! The staff are always there to help me find soemthing or check out if I need. In my time there, they never ran out of products and it is always clean and nice there. Not many people go there so it is not too crowded. Good place for candy, gum, and the small things

This review is solely for the Pharmacy & not the store in general. We’ve been in and out of this pharmacy for months now due to school-aged children needing meds as well as school-based employees needing meds.On every occasion one of the following as occurred every single time:-30mins plus hold times on the phone to check if prescription is ready with no one ever answering.-Closing early or opening late without much notice and not adhering to the time posted on the site or doors.-Being told prescription would be ready in 20mins so we leave the store to return in a few hours after errands, just to be told prescription still isn’t ready and we have to wait in the store for 20 minutes till we are called.-Witnessing other customers being told their prescription still isn’t ready and hearing said customers say, “I’ve been waiting for this for days, we come every day and it’s still not ready.”The closing for lunch daily is somewhat of a joke at this point, especially that prescriptions are never ready on time, the pharmacy opens late and closes early whenever they feel like it, and no one answers the phone anymore.Clearly management doesn’t care about the way this pharmacy is being managed, let alone how customers are being treated. I get it, we’re still dealing with staff shortages in many places, but within the last month or so this CVS pharmacy has acquired more employees based on the 8 people I’ve seen at once in the pharmacy area (more than I’ve seen at a time since Sept). They either need to train their employees better, recreate better systems to put in place, or rebuild their Pharmacy from the ground up.This CVS is conveniently located for us, but it’s no longer considered convenient when we can’t pick up meds in a timely fashion. Unfortunately we’ll have to pick up meds at our neighborhood Walgreens, which offers less wait time and doesn’t close as they see fit.

The worst pharmacy! Good luck in trying to get in touch with the pharmacy department via phone! And when/if you do, prepare for possible attitude, almost yelling.

Slowest pharmacy I have ever been to!! They’re always out of stock of meds and when u call ahead of time, they’re never ready w meds even after giving hrs apart btwn call and arrival!

This by far the worst of the worst pharmacy EVER!!! Do not waste your time going here. How are you still in business??? No one ever answers the phone. They're on lunch break for hours. Everyone who works here is just plain D**** Never stepping foot in this place again.

Pharmacy!The service is never helpful. They never answered the phone. I was once on hold for a full hour and no one ever answered. They never have the same staff so if you discuss something with one person and return, the next group will have no knowledge of your case. The technicians and people at the register are useless. If you have any questions you have to stand in a second long line to speak to pharmacist. They make the same errors with every refill. The way they speak to you is a D in customer service. The absolute worst pharmacy i'v ever experienced. The one star is for 2 pharmacists who (once you get to them) are at least cordial.
