My child is on the spectrum. In short this place isn't for kids on the spectrum and/or with behavior disorders. The other parents there were very rude and insensitive and so was the staff. If your kid(s) are special needs spend your money elsewhere. I'll never spend my money there again or recommend this place to anyone.

It's freezing here the front desk lady said that she would ask the manager 30 minutes ago. Three adults with coats on! I'm not kidding

We celebrated my son’s third birthday party here and highly recommend this place. The space is fun for kids this age and very clean. The decorator did a fantastic job with our requested theme - she is extremely detail oriented and very pleasant to work with. She also made a beautiful balloon arch that was well worth the cost. It was a very smooth process planning the birthday - the website outlines it very clearly and communication with the venue was never an issue if I had a question, concern or request. We appreciated the professionalism of the staff and their recommended “flow” the day of - they’ve thought through all the details so you don’t have to. Thank you Lily & Liam for a great birthday experience!

Clean, calm, fun environment for my 3 year old to play. We came to a birthday party here for a friend and it was such a fun time with awesome little special details. Then we brought our daughter in her birthday just to play and she had the time of her life sliding and bouncing and running around. Staff is super kind and friendly.

This place is amazing! My two-year old niece from the UK (where these "soft play" places are more common) took off like a shot the second we got inside. It's extremely clean, with lots of interactive areas and they have loads of great menu items for kids (and adults alike) in the cafe area. Climbing, jumping, just really awesome for getting energy out. The cafe was super clean and the food was presented with care. I hope they keep the level of care as high as it currently is, because they will certainly have people coming back. I wish we had more places like this!

I came to Lily and Liam today 11-4-23, and they advised me at 11:45 when I arrive that they were closing at 12:30. I asked the owner to please give me at least a discount since I won't be here for an hour and he was adamant and said no and so rude I would never come here again. The only reason I stayed and paid the money was because I had promised my two year old granddaughter that we were going to the jumpy house. Otherwise I would've walked out. Poor customer service!!!!

Worst place for little kids. Price is not good and too many kids inside. Not safe at all. Don't go!!

Cute little baby/kids cafe. Plenty parking outside. It is pretty clean and safe for the little ones to run around. The only thing that took a star out was the size. It is pretty small, and it can get crowded pretty fast.

Wholesome & exceptionally "clean" place to bring your kids to work off some of their bottomless energy. My son loves coming over & cries every time we leave

Unfortunately every single negative review turned out to be correct. 1. Your kid is not allowed to have the food you packed for them. You HAVE TO purchase from them if you want your kid to eat or drink. Even when I explained that my picky 2 year old wont touch anything other than the piece if toast that I packed the answer was no. And she cant drink her juice because they sell the exact same juice so either buy from them or take your kid to the sidewalk outside to have a sip. Its 98 degrees outside?? Your problem. 2. They are watching your kids play like a hawk. So quick to grab the toys from the kids and put them back! Excuse me!! We just paid 30 bucks so this kid can LEASE the play area without you guys giving dirty looks to the parents because guess what, kids move toys around! Its called playing. 3. Owner and staff are plain rude! If you like to be talked down this place is for you! 4. Shady business going on at the register which I’ll be reporting as opposed to spelling out here. There are so many good places around, cheaper, cleaner, more accommodating! Dont waste your money

Don't bother going here if your children have severe food allergies. They are not accomdating at all. For a place that is catering to children, you'd thing they'd know that you can't entirely control when a child is going to be hungry and need to eat. They refused to let me bring in safe food to eat. When I asked in alternative, if we could feed my child in the parking during our out alloted play time and come back in, they said no to that as well. Greedy.

Some issues with this place:1. Staff not the friendliest2. Unable to accommodate children with allergies- you are unable to bring your own food. NOW MY ISSUE IS... a) IF MY CHILD IS 1 YEAR OLD, ARE YOU PROVIDING FORMULA FOR PURCHASE!?b) FOOD ALLERGIES - DO YOU HAVE PEANUT FREE FOOD AND IS ABLE TO AVOID CROSS CONTAMINATION? NOPE.. SO DON'T TELL ME THIS IS A PLACE FOR ALL CHILDREN..3. If you leave the playground before your time is up, you're not allowed back in - even if you have sufficient time left 4. Charge for adults??? like are you going to watch my child if I leave them there after paying for their admission?Won't be going there.

This place discriminate people with food allergies so if your kids have food allergies, stay away! Disgusting behaviors!

Reviewing here for a friend. You know those parents who think their kids are better then yours? This is this place when it comes to accommodating children who have food allergies. THEY DON'T CARE and that's absolutely shameful. A 16mo old has food allergies and was denied her own parents feeding her safe food from home. The parents were then told they should have fed her before. So now the staff is telling a mother how to parent her own child?! Absolutely ridiculous. I defiantly won't bother coming here if I'm in the area.
