“I visit this location pretty often. The staff is always kind and helpful. I need to give a special shout out to staff member Drew Alexander.
I was there in the morning last week. There was at least 6 people ahead of me then eventually some behind me. He was alone in the store but maintained a great attitude. He directed some people to the kiosk for Amazon returns. He took care of everyone’s needs calmly and politely. Drew is a true asset to the team and his dedication to customer satisfaction deserves recognition!”

“I’ve always liked the Englewood Post Office. It doesn’t seem like they always have a large staff, and somehow it seems like the minute someone steps away from the counter for a moment, that’s exactly when the line starts forming!
People can get impatient because everyone wants to be helped right away, but I’ve learned to just stay in line. The staff usually gets things moving, and honestly, the wait is never as long as you think it’s going to be.
What keeps me coming back to this location is the people. The women who work there are always nice, helpful, and pleasant to deal with. Even when they’re busy and dealing with a line of customers, I’ve always had a good experience with them.
So yes, I definitely recommend the Englewood Post Office. Just bring a little patience if there’s a line. And if you’re one of those people who doesn’t like waiting and decides to get out of line… that’s okay too — because then I’m next! 😊
