The store is clean and well stocked but the employees here are shockingly rude and seem miserable. I’ve repeatedly had bad experiences with them and witnessed other people having bad experiences with them as well. It’s within walking distance from my apartment so I really only go there now if I need just a few things. I’d recommend you shop elsewhere if possible.

The only reason I'm giving this place a 5 star is because only ONE person went out of their way to help us and his name is Asher. We had a little issue, which I will admit the lovely gentleman and woman helped us at the self checkout, or attempted to, but somehow our transaction was voided in the event of them trying to help us obtain digital coupons, but I was advised that it's okay, we can pack up our stuff in the mean time, which my husband did, and then we tried to checkout with this gentleman at the self checkout. Our transaction was voided and the response from the employees were i'm sorry you have to rescan. How INCONVENIENT - We've been shopping here for years, there should be another way for you to help check out customers instead of asking us(after you've informed us to start packing up our things), and we're talking about BAGS of items. I go to customer service in which one woman was very quick to tell me "oh well you're just going to have to rescan", anyways nonetheless. Thank you to Asher at Customer Service for helping us, and ultimately checking us out very quickly, kindly and efficently. Hopefully Shoprite recognizes employees like this.

This ShopRite is huge, and their meat section is amazing. However, when I visit it yesterday, I approached a staff member in the vegetable department, and he totally ignored me. I asked him for the item I was looking for (basely) and was not able to find it and he ignored me again and when I asked him for a 3rd time thinking he did not hear me, he replied in a rude way telling me that he heard me and he did not know where the basely was. I felt horrible and kept on walking. Asked another member and he was amazing, he actually looked for it and brought it to me. I am so sad I did not get him name as he is the reason I am giving 5 starts.

Great nut and candy shop when you first enter the store. Wide selection of prepared foods available. Clean store and helpful workers. This store has kind of a warehouse vibe. Nice selection of kosher, gluten-free, vegan, and ethnic foods.

Flying the Israeli flag would be inappropriate in any situation but even more so in the middle of a genocide…The UN just added Israel to a blacklist of countries who abuse children and Shoprite raises its flag…very disturbing. It was our go to shopping place but I’m willing to drive an extra 6 minutes to never have to shop here again.

Am never able to have a visit to this place without an issue of some sort...it's ridiculous. And the Hot food area is in the most trafficked area in the store, not sanitary at all, I've seen kids put their feet up on the salad bar, unattended and unsupervised, smh.....pharmacy staffers become rude if you need explaining (they act as if questions annoy them)...the registers are usually a 10 minute wait or more, even when not busy. Parking lot needs expansion, it's like a sardine can now... they load shelves throughout the day and night, almost got injured by a man stocking shelves...smh, it's usually an absolute mess in and around there

Everything is WAYYYYYY overpriced. The food quality is extremely poor, I don’t know how they think they can sell such low quality products at such high prices. It’s common amongst most grocery stores but ShopRite is one of the worst. You honestly can get double the amount of food that will last longer from places like Trader Joe’s. It’s not worth it to shop at ShopRite. Literally go anywhere else and you will save money and get higher quality food.
