I stood waiting for my appointed time awkwardly for about 30 minutes. The staff could see me but didn’t acknowledge me, it’s my impression that I didn’t look as wealthy as the other clients in the store hence why they ignored me. Finally, I got my glasses and the prescription was immediately way off. I expressed it didn’t feel right at all and I was just told I would get used to it. Lo and behold they called me later that night and asked if I could come in the next day so they could “check something” I did and they took my glasses back, came back out and the prescription was slightly better. I guess they realized they screwed up but they were so vague and never said anything lol. The prescription has still been terrible, I can’t wait to get a new pair somewhere else.

We have bought our family's glasses at Spectacles for many years. They always have a great selection of frames for us and our kids - but that would be meaningless without the attention to people and detail that they offer. They listen, offer appropriate options that we might not have considered on our own, operate efficiently, and are impressively helpful in "glasses emergencies" (we've had a few). All of that make us loyal and grateful customers.

I tried getting another pair. Everything was going well- I picked out a frame and explained the type of lenses.
Then another customer walked in who seemed to be very well known by the staff.
The person helping me left me waiting to attend and fawn over the other customer. I kept looking at the time and finally left.
Not worth the trouble. They also messed up my last exam and gave me a prescription that was too strong.

Sarah is wonderful. I would trust this store for any purchase. I’ve bought a couple of eyeglasses there. This last pair I just was not happy with and they just gave me a refund! No hassle. If you are looking for a unique pair of glasses, shop there!

This is a first-class place! Dr. Steven Weisfeld is an extraordinary optometrist who will go out of his way for each patient. I know him for 20 years and yesterday I had the pleasure of picking up a pair of progressive lenses to fill my old frames. Instead of talking me into buying new frames, the optician -- a kind and caring man by the name of Oracio --- inspected my old frames and deemed them strong enough to hold a new pair of lenses, sparing me the expense of buying new frames. Oracio was extremely diligent in measuring the distance between my pupils to make sure that the glasses would fit properly. This optician's concern shown for each customer is akin to the way Dr. Weisfeld himself treats his patients. Lisa and Sarah and Jason, the loyal staff, were most helpful and accommodating. They didn't mind answering my questions and showed concern for my welfare. The service at this eye glass store is excellent. My glasses are a decade old and the frames have held up great. I've updated my prescription a couple times and anytime I have a problem they are quick to fix it. The initial price was expensive for sure, but they more than make up for that in good service. I recently also got new prescription sunglasses, also the most I've ever paid for sunglasses, but I absolutely love them. As long as they last like my other pair, I'm happy to pay a premium for good quality.

Spectacles is an an excellent optical facility in every respect. It is a beautiful store with a great selection of eyeglasses. Most importantly, Dr. Steven Weisfeld and his team provide excellent service. Jason, Violet, and another gentleman were all courteous, and knowledgeable.I recommend Spectacles very highly. It is the best optical store I have ever worked with.

I had an excellent experience with this shop. Sarah took great care of me during the visit, and the Doctor was very good and personable. I traveled from out of state to visit this shop because they offer a nice variety of high end frames, including Zero G. I love my new Zero G glasses. Highly recommend this shop.
