I’ve worked with John at Englewood Subaru several times and have nothing but superlatives about his manner, his knowledge of the Subaru product and his willingness to get the service job done correctly.He’s patient and pleasant in spite of an intense , always busy service department. He makes what could be a stressful visit at least manageable. thank you! (Also like the video record of technicians working on my car. impressive!)

Usually had a good experience, but today was different. I dropped my car off at 8am and went home. At 2pm, 6 hours after dropping it off, I still hadn't heard of any updates. I gave a call and the receptionist gave me a suboptimal reply including that they've been too busy. Finally received a call at 5pm - an hour before they were closing - that car is fine and ready to go.

Purchased a Forrester here and have been back for minor problems and service. Always respectful and helpful.Bonus, there's a waiting area that can accommodate five people working on laptops if you have to attend during remote work hours.

I had AMAZING service working with Gregory! He is not only professional but just made the atmosphere of the shopping experience so peaceful and friendly. I didn't feel pressured or forced to buy anything right away and in the end felt good about the deal made on my new car! His quick communication and knowledge about the brand are also 10/10! I would definitely recommend this dealership when Subaru shopping!

On 8/22/23 I walked into Subaru in Englewood, NJ, I was in the process of looking for a car to buy. I wasn’t necessarily going to purchased a car on said date. Jay Choi, was the salesperson who tended to us (my husband was with me). Jay immediately put us at ease, he was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the cars and process. He was not pushy and was able to answer all my questions, some whom my husband thought were silly and self explanatory. I was particularly concern about the safety of a car for a senior person. As a result of his excellent salesmanship I purchased a Forrester. The entire process was seamless, from the delivery to the consultation with the financial manager. I would recommend this dealership and of course Jay Choi.

You were very kind and attentive to helping me lease the car. It was a very pleasant experience compared to the uncomfortable experience I had at another dealer before. He also explained the car in detail, and he paid close attention to the lease processing and the return of the vehicle of another company that had previously completed the lease, so we had a comfortable experience where we only listened to the story and signed it. The absolute best dealership. My husband and I went here over the weekend and Brandon was the most friendly, honest, and funny salesman. He helped us trade in my husband’s car for a more than reasonable price and put him into a brand new legacy. A huge shout out to the finance team and Kevin another sales guy who made the experience even more memorable. We cannot thank you enough! We will for sure only be going here from now on. Other Subaru dealerships do not compare to this one.

10/10 Best experience I could've asked for. Brandon was awesome! Friendly, funny, kind, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I had a pretty bad experience at Ramsey Subaru. Felt rushed, unwelcome, got a very high price for a lease, and was offered $250-$500 for my 2013 Impreza. Brandon got me a much better price to lease AND got me the same value I found on carvana for my trade in. Over 2k! Only Subaru location I will go to from now on. Manny and Kevin were also awesome!

I have purchased many vehicles over the past 20 years and the service and professionalism from Andrew at Subaru of Englewood really stands out as #1. The ease of making an appointment for the test drive and signing the purchase order was a breeze. The Forester I ordered actually came in two weeks ahead of schedule. On the delivery date everything went smooth and I was in and out of the dealer in one hour. First time that’s ever happened. Manny in the finance department was very helpful and all the paperwork was promptly taken care of. Thanks for making the car buying process something to look forward to.

Subaru of Englewood, NJ - Best Dealership for Customer Service?My sales person Gabe was great! He was knowledgeable, patient and kept me updated every step of the purchase process. ? His boss Mike was gracious to throw in something that didn't come with my 2021 pre-owned Subaru Crosstrek! Peter made me feel at ease explaining options with the financing process! I ? the color "Plasma Yellow", the smooth ride and I'm still learning the about all the wonderful infotainment features. Thank you all for a great car buying experience ?

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DECEITFUL DEALERSHIP. We put a deposit on a 2020 Subaru Forester Touring certified preowned. The passenger doors had dents and needed repair to qualify for Subaru CPO. The lying sales manager, MT said it would be repaired, but after 2 weeks he then claimed it needed a completely new door. I asked him to make sure the work was completed before picking up the car. He called a few days later and claimed it was fixed 100%. We drove over 2 hours to pick the car up only to find out the door was not replaced and the paint was no good. He also lied claiming the body shop was owned by the dealership, but the GM stated the door was not replaced and they did not own the body shop. They sent the car back to the same body shop and we waited 6 days with NO FOLLOWUP PHONE CALL OR STATUS. The dealership has absolutely no respect for customers and just consistently lies. After waiting a few more days we called the dealership and spoke to the lying sales manager MT and said we are canceling the car. Not only did they cash our $17k credit union check from the bank he now stated it would take over a week before they return the money to the credit union. He also REFUSED TO LET US SPEAK TO THE ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT. I am filing a complaint with the BBB along with the NJ State Attorney General's office. PLEASE DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS LYING AND DISRESPECTFUL DEALERSHIP. We incurred over $290 in car rental costs, tolls, etc. The dealership has yet to apologize for their consistent deceit, in addition the sales manager still claims the door was replaced but the GM states it was not, they better get their lie's together. The credit union still has not received the $17KUPDATE- the dealership has reposted the car for sale with absolutely no mention of the damage to the doors, hood and lousy paint work-DECEPTIVE DEALER

This dealership is Amazing. Andrew assisted me in trading both my pickup and our car. The financial manager gave us good offers to trade in both vehicles for a Subaru Crosstrek and a WRX. Both times went smoothly and worry free. Andrew kept in touch with me throughout the whole process from picking out the vehicle and closing out. We are satisfied with both vehicle that we purchased and we look forward to working with them again.Andrew is one of the BEST salesman there. He was very knowledgable and professional (I wouldn't go to anybody else). While the financial manager was also very nice and friendly.I give this experience a 10/10.

I went in for a minor problem. I was able to get a next day appointment early in the day. Overall a really pleasant experience, Everyone is very professional, I love the videos they share and total transparency. My car is pretty new so this was just my second visit but I’m very impressed with everyone I encountered. The service was handled promptly and I thought the price was reasonable. An added bonus was a clean bathroom and snacks!?

First time getting a Subaru and such a great experience! I recently purchased a new Forester from Jay Choi and the entire process was very smooth and pleasant. Jay was such a professional, knowledgeable, and friendly person to work with. He made everything super simple and easy. He was very clear about everything and provided all the details. I rarely write reviews online, but I’m writing one for Jay because I want to share my superb experience with anyone who might be considering a Subaru. If you are ever in the market for a Subaru, just go to Jay and you won’t regret. He is absolutely the best car salesperson I have ever had. Highly recommended!
