I didn’t choose this bank; this bank chose me (when it bought my original holder).
It’s a crapshoot whether I get a rep willing to assist me on the phone or the local branch. The customer svc hotline typically defers me to the branch, the branch defers me back to the hotline, & vice versa, unnecessarily prolonging my business handlings.
Today, this branch was understaffed w/ one teller & one available customer svc rep. Open til 6. I showed at 5:48. There was a customer before me. A few arrived after me. All were assisted and left before me w/ a smile.
When my turn came, it was 5 mins to closing, I was greeted curtly, & chastised more for my arrival time, then deflected to the hotline or a return visit during precious moments that could have been better spent resolving what’s normally a 5 minute request, if only I’d been spared the same patience & courtesy shown to the other customers who presented before & after me.
Fluent in the local languages, I observed that the customer before me was entertained by the same rep who assisted me w/ a slow stroll to the door & several minutes of small talk, irrelevant of bank business. The clock ticked during this time before I was finally greeted 5mins to closing, just to be rushed, chastised for my arrival time, deflected back to the helpless hotline, & turned away w/ minimal svc despite the stated urgency of my request.
It’s not my first time missing out on the preferential treatment shown to select individuals, as I’ve experienced undue scrutiny at the same branch by a teller a few weeks ago over a small transaction despite my long history w/ the bank. Im tempted to move my ?to another where business is better managed & where I feel more appreciated.

The worst TD bank branch in Bergen county. The staff is unprofessional and the atm machines always have issues. They will continue to lose customers if this keeps up,

The worst. Manager is running around pretending to be important, when he should be servicing customers. Absolute waste. In addition, they all ask you to sit down so you are not a bother to them. Glad I am closing my business here.

A few days ago I came into this bank to deposit money for my child; my daughter is away for college. I was in shock when I approached the teller, she was wearing a hoodie over her head. I found this very unprofessional. Her attitude and the way she presented herself was not appropriate and made me feel unsafe. I won't be coming back to this bank.

Awful staff!! Please do not visit this branch if you want to be treated fairly. The employees have zero people or communication skills. They make up their own “TD Bank” rules on the fly, and leave you to deal with the consequences. HORRIBLE BRANCH!

The lady on the desk on the right when get in she wears glasses is soooooooo mean and I will cancel my 10 year account because her …gives bad looks bad attitude not helpful at all ..no more TD bank

Love, love, love this branch. The managers and tellers are great and very helpful. Adriana is one one of the best tellers I have ever worked with. She takes care of here customers with a smile and remembers even minor details. Thank you so much for your amazing service Adriana:)Best,Vic
