Took too long to fixed the washer machine. Charge a fee to reserve elevator to move in and out. Also deducted $400 from my deposit for a scratch on the floor that was there when I moved-in. The scratch on the floor I mentioned to the property manager before moving in and she said not to worry about it.

We've been at the Towne Centre in Englewood for almost nine years and always enjoyed the experience...a great diversity of tenants, young families, seniors, all races; friendly staff, clean public spaces, and located in a walkable, cosmopolitan area. Couldn't want more.

I viewed an apartment here recently. I didn’t end up taking the unit, but the building is really nice and the staff is extremely friendly. Great amenities, no issues, but the unit was just not for me.
