Very bad experience. The store manager didn’t know how to put in the address for a package. Said my address was too long when it wasn’t because I had sent it previously at another UPS. Then the package couldn’t get delivered because of that. Do not recommend

I recently had a very good experience with UPS and wanted to take a moment to share my thoughts. From the moment I dropped off my package to the time it was delivered, everything went smoothly and professionally.
The staff at the UPS Store were friendly, attentive, and efficient. They answered my questions clearly and helped make sure my package was properly labeled and secured. I appreciated how organized and clean the location was—it made the process feel stress-free.
The tracking system was also very reliable. I received regular updates via email and text, and it gave me peace of mind to know exactly where my package was at each stage. The estimated delivery window was accurate, and the package even arrived a little earlier than expected.
Most importantly, the package arrived in perfect condition, with no damage whatsoever. That showed me that UPS takes care during handling and transport.
Overall, I’m really pleased with the service I received. It was a great combination of speed, care, and professionalism. I’ll definitely be using UPS again in the future, and I feel confident recommending their services to others.

Unfortunately, Mr. Perez was too busy mansplaining my job to me to do HIS job, which was to give me a shipping quote for items won at an auction. Annoying. Frustrating, and beyond enraging. Keep your unasked for, not wanted, not needed, and worthless lessons to yourself.

I just loved the hospitality that Brandon and Christina gave me while sending my packing California definitely went with the next day. They gave me insurance and everything was smooth.

They tape up the box or package for me. They accept returns for many retailers just by showing the shipping code. The entire team at Englewood UPS in NJ is spot on.
