“From the time we had checked in, the reception staff members were as courteous as anyone can be and we were greeted with a great smile. We slept well feeling pleasant. In the morning, the custodial staff were greeting us with a smile as we went down stairs to the restaurant. Our party had the breakfast buffet and every single restaurant staff were so great to our family that we couldn’t feel any more pleasant from our visit to Crowne Plaza Englewood. Thank you to everyone at this wonderful hotel.”

“I have passed by many times but never had an occasion where u til last night. I was pleasantly surprised once I stepped inside because the outside is rather plain and doesn't hint of the tasteful and elegant inside. The front door opens to a lovely atrium area adorned with a huge flower arrangement in an urn with a bar and seating area. It is lovely tan and brown marble with bronze lighting fixtures and comfortable and booth seating. The food was done very very well. In stark contrast to a wedding I went to at a different well known catering hall a few weekends ago, the buffet was on point. The fried calamari was brought out small trays at a time often so that it remained crispy on the buffet. The cheese was delicious and actually tasted like cheese. The chicken franchise was tasty of lemons and butter and not overdone or mushy. The coating wasn't falling off in a wet heap like we sometimes see. The salads were fresh and delicious. The roasted peppers were certainly made in house because they had roasted flavor with brown grill marks and the garlic slices tasted like freshly sauced garlic. The drinks were on point. The bartender assured me she could make a good old fashioned, and indeed she did! I highly recommend this place”

This particular staff is among the most warm and gracious of all of those whom I have met across the globe. I am ALWAYS welcomed as an extended member of their family and I adore each of them. These lovely people are so genuinely kind. If you greet them in the same way (and if your requests are REASONABLE) they will do their utmost to ensure that your stay exceeds expectation. We discovered The Kimberly when our “go-to” hotel, down the street, had closed due to renovations. When that hotel re-opens, The Kimberly will remain our home in the city. No matter what the occasion — during all the seasons of the year — you will be THRILLED with your visit to The Kimberly and treasure the memories created there.”

Crab soup and clam soup are both excellent. Try them all.The steak is crispy on the outside and moist on the inside.The staff is very friendly, so I would like to give it the highest score out of all the restaurants I've been to in the US.Definitely go and see, eat and see.”
“Absolutely perfectly executed. Seriously. I ate here twice this week. Everything we tried was delicious and spot on. The menu is smart and varied. The wine list is good. The service is excellent. And the view! Even if you can’t get a window table ( they book up fast) the windows are floor to ceiling so all tables have natural light and a view. They were kind and unperturbed about accommodating my stupid food allergies. You need to eat here.Dietary restrictions: They are very kind about accommodating gluten free and dairy free”

“MO’s Banquet Hall is top notch! I would recommend this hall to anyone looking for a place to throw a party. Max is amazing and very helpful made my daughter’s Sweet 16 run smoothly and took the stress off of me and I was able to enjoy the night. The bartenders were amazing no complaints the photographer and videographer captured beautiful pictures and so attentive all night! “My experience at the restaurant was a bit overwhelming due to the noise and crowded atmosphere, especially on a Friday night with live music. Despite the tight arrangement of tables making it difficult to move around, the food and service were excellent. I particularly enjoyed the vegetarian dish with pasta and plan on returning for it. My friends also loved their salmon dishes and couldn't stop raving about how delicious it was. Overall, while the ambiance was not to my liking, the quality of the food and service made up for it.”

“I took 1 star off the rooms, which were very nice, but so small for my husband who is in a wheelchair. Even the walker we use to get him a few steps proved challenging to use in the bathroom & to get him in the bed. Luckily we were only there 2 nights because there’s no way we could have worked around the challenges we faced for longer than that.The service we received was excellent, from check in to check out. It’s in a very convenient area for going to Broadway shows. I highly recommended Margaritaville Resort as great place to stay.”

“My spouse and I looked at around 11 other venues, and none come close to what you get at The Estate at Florentine Gardens. First off, the whole venue is GORGEOUS, with a beautiful, freshly made ceremony room, cozy but classy cocktail room, and a spectacular elegant ballroom for your reception. Even the hallways, groomsmen suite, and the bridal suites are amazing - they're big, stunning and are perfect for getting ready. If you're considering a winter or summer wedding, this venue is perfect. Even you're in the summer and it gets rained out, you'll still have a picture-perfect ceremony room, so really there is no need to worry. We did our wedding just a week ago and it was amazing!Not only does this venue wow your guests in terms of how it looks, but the staff are INCREDIBLE. We worked with Samantha (our event consultant), Jeffery (our maître d'), Monica (our bridal attendant), Max (helped with the groomsmen) Sal (entertainment services), DJ Tony Gia, and Shar (videographer). From day 1, Samantha was always enthusiastic and patient about our many many many questions that we asked throughout the whole entire year before our wedding. She was a joy to work with! Everything was done professionally and the answers provided truly reflects how much this venue knows and understands how to run a good wedding. Monica, Jeffery, and Max were with us the day of the wedding and they truly ran the show behind the scenes. They were there to answer any questions, take all the stress off of us and our families, and made sure everything was on time and done well. There was really nothing we needed to worry about because Jeffery, Monica, and Max were well coordinated and knew exactly what to do, even with our outside vendors (photographer and florist).One of the best things about The Estate at Florentine Gardens is that they also have amazing entertainment services. If you end up booking this venue, we highly recommend using Sal Travis and his team. Sal was always ready to provide us good song selections and help us craft our package for what we would like to have (lighting, videography, DJ, sparkler towers photo booth, ceremony music, and so much more). DJ Tony Gia was the best - he kept our dance floor up and dancing the whole night and was an amazing MC. Sal's team of videographers were also outstanding and blew our guests away. They were able to catch everything live and even produce an amazing wrap-up video to display at the end of the night.Our friends and families members who have been to so many weddings before said that our wedding was the best wedding that they have ever been to, and we know that it's because The Estate at Florentine Gardens is 1. beautiful, 2. provides the highest quality of service, and 3. is truly working to ensure your day goes smoothly, and 4. the food is so DELICIOUS!! (we had endless amounts of food flowing from our cocktail to reception to after, everyone said they were so full and thought it tasted so so good)!So a HUGE THANK YOU to the Florentine team for making our wedding day the best day it could have ever been.”

“I HIGHLY recommend RAIN. My daughter’s bat mitzvah was epic. Scott and Miriam covered every detail making it so easy and simple to throw a smooth and fun event. The DJ, emcee and dancers were incredible and had the whole crowd - from ages 2 to 52 dancing for the Bat Mitzvah girl- they just get it! And the space is so easy to customize to your own look. “My husband and I were here for our friends' wedding. Well-kept grounds, parking in the back...very nice overall. Everyone who worked there were very helpful. The ladies who brought out the food were so sweet; my husband, me, and the man-of-honor were having such a wonderful conversation outside that we missed dinner being served. We asked if there was any food left- there still was a lot- and the ladies made us plates, so we could still eat (they even asked if we wanted to take some home when there were still leftovers at the end of the night). Overall, it was a nice venue for a wedding (roughly 45 people).”
