The pharmacy employees were very nice, even though I was having issues with my insurance they called them to make sure I wasn’t gonna get charged. At the end, I decided to reschedule, but I appreciate their disposition.

A dump with incompetent, apathetic staff members. When is it closing? It needs to be torn down and completely revamped into a Bottle King or a CVS. Or, perish the thought. A store that sells healthful salads and sushi to go.

This walgreens was very nice. The place was clean, quick service, and had a good amount of parking. Easy to see from the main street as well. The place was organized and spacious as well. The workers were also very nice to me.

The pharmacist (not the tech) was extremely rude and insensitive. I will give her one more chance....next time, I am contacting the N.J. Pharmacy Board and Walgreens corporate office. PS I don't have the name of the pharmacist yet...but it's not the Asian pharmacist. I will update this asap.

This review is for their pharmacy, specifically a woman who answers the phone and a female pharmacist who works there. They have zero customer service skills and are very rude. The woman answering the phone pretends to put you on hold but you can clearly hear her exasperated eye rolling commentary to the pharmacist. She should really clamp her hand tighter around the phone if she wants to not be heard. The pharmacist has zero empathy for people trying to call prescriptions in for sick babies so we don't have to wait 20 min with a screaming baby to pick it up. Especially since we filled it there before. Next time I will bring my screaming and coughing baby to wait right there in front of her. What a lack of empathy. It's not for a narcotic and I know for a fact people just call in pretending to be from a medical office and they start the process no problem. I had the paper script with the npi and dea and could have rattled it off to her like a medical secretary or MA who do it all the time. Had to wait for my husband to pick up hours later and it still took them 25 minutes to fill. Do not go to this pharmacy. Oh sorry I do have to say the rest of the score looks creepy and abandoned.

Came here with a friend at 6:20 for a 6:30 flu vaccine appointment. There were a lot of disgruntled people mulling at the pharmacy area when we arrived. Asked a number of people when their appointments were and many said an hour ago. Why give out appointment's if you don't have the personnel to meet the demand. We waited over an hour with no one being called to get their shots and just gave up and left. Meanwhile, when we told the pharmacist we were leaving she said it wasn't her fault that she was over an hour behind on the appointments. Then whose fault was it? Have been disappointed a few times at this Walgreens for not having a product I needed. Will never frequent this Walgreens again.

Nice pharmacy staff. The most disgusting flooring I have ever seen in a store let alone a pharmacy. Matted down stained carpeting that must be so germ ridden as to be almost unsafe around food and general merchandise. RIP OUT THE CARPETING IMMEDIATELY!!!!!! Gross beyond measure!!!

If I can give negative I would, the pharmacy staff are some of the most incompetent people I have ever encountered. Not only do they may countless mistakes with people who heavily rely on medication, but they have the audacity to give you attitude like there's no tomorrow. You only have a job because people need you to fill out their medication and you can't even do that right. Walgreens is going down the drain, switch to CVS. Disgusting. My family and I are leaving all Walgreens pharmacies.

Pharmacist's are so incompetent. Had to ask 3 times for them to fill my prescription. They didn't have it ready in arrival. He pretended to be filling it twice. He later defensively said he was waiting for the insurance. Instead telling me kept saying it would just take another minute to fill. It's been 1 hour 1 minutes! Another pharmacist said the insurance went through. But then he said it had a copay or wasn't paying it. Didn't really make sense. He offered to sign me up for a discount program not the regular one, except when asked to explain he didn't actually know what the discount program was, or how to sign me up. Wasting even more time. Meanwhile the patient is extremely ill and the pharmacist is been a idiot and a j**** End up paying full price, don't even think it was a copay bey those are fixed amounts. Also all of them decided to go to lunch during this time because they have a designated lunch hour until 1:30pm even though I was there long before it even started! Plus they filled prescriptions over the phone for someone else to have it ready when they arrived. Mine was also sent in ahead of arrival by the doctor. They also filled 3 other people while I waited. And forgot who I was, asking the Name again and again, when I had never left their eyesight. Like they thought I would go away without my Prescription!? It was literally 10 pills, so I don't know what took so god damn long. Yesterday they also didn't start filling it until the second request. Even though this is post surgery medication. I guess they don't find it important. Will be changing pharmacy's. The male pharmacist also only spoke up when there was a man around so seems f****** sexist.

i like visiting walgreens cause even if dont need anything i still will pick up something that sooner or later will be needed .as i make my way from parking lot to inside walgreens i notice my phone had a miss call and i got a text get a bottle of cascade and rubbing alcohol, which is great cause walgreens has both . after i got that out of the way i walked around and picked up a few things like dove body wash and witch hazel which is very good for sensitive skin after shaving. no one is on line except me and its hello , thank you and goodbye as i exit to the parking lot and mumble to myself , damn it seems that every other block has a walgreens.

This place is about one block from my apartment. I took twice the flu shot here and use to refills my Rx; the pharmacists are always great and professionals. Most of the time I find the basic things for my beauty or health care at fair prices. It's a pharmacy but offers a lot more items for home( plastic lunch boxes, things for school, etc etc etc) I like to go here! Good customer service. Thank you Walgreens team!!!

This Walgreens in Englewood is so OUTDATED. They seriously need an update inside and outside. Reminds me of the OLD DRUG FAIR.

Hard to believe that this place looks like more of a dump than usual. The carpets are still filthy. The Pharmacist had no mask on and not sure about gloves or how frequently she changes them? The cashier looked like he was on death row. No hello, thank you or anything. I would love them to tear this dump down but I do not think that will happen. I switched pharmacies quite a while ago after two good pharmacists were relocated.

This is definitely the store that Walgreens forgot. The stock is inconsistent. They seem to move things around every six months. The overall design of the store is dated. The bathrooms are in a dungeon. The front fencing should have police tape around it. This isn't a fancy place. The staff is friendly though except there is one lady in the pharmacy that I swear is AI. Soylent green is people! Overall the best thing about this place is that you generally can dash in and out to get little nick knack paddy whacks like batteries, paper towels, razor blades etc. If you are a healthy eater there is absolutely nothing there you can ingest except water and salt. All food items are processed. They curiously have almond milk but not soy milk (and neither is really milk anyway because milk doesn't come from a nut or a bean but from a mammary gland)???? You know you're in a food desert when the closest thing to a healthy eating is barbecue potato chips. But they do have FedEx if you need to send a package. But if I had a real package to send by FedEx I wouldn't take it there.
