I had to open a account so I made an appointment with Juan Padron. He was friendly, he explained everything clearly. Excellent service and it was perfect timing!

the place is very neat and clean and was not crowded. the lady who helped me was named Savitree and she was very kind and knowledgeable. she answered all questions and provided great service.

Terrible Customer Service provided by a banker. Not helpful!!I made an online appointment early in the morning on the same day for 4:00PM to meet with a banker in the Englewood NJ Branch. In the past when I had made appointments for the Nutley NJ branch the banker call me to verify the appointment before I get to the branch. This did not happened with this branch. Anyway I headed o the bank because I had received an email confirmation for the appointment. When I showed to the branch I approached the only banker at the Customer Service area. I said to her that I had an appointment and asked for help. The banker seemed to be annoyed just by my approaching, her aptitude was not friendly. She kept complaining that she was not from that branch and was not familiar with the Englewood branch. She verified that I actually had an appointment. Then she acted as she had been forced to provide the service that I needed. I needed to verify that the Express Send Agreement that I have opened more than a week ago had been activated for a transfer to a bank account in another country. Her bad aptitude did not let her focus in doing her job, so she said that it had been activated, which was not correct; I did not know that until I went to the cashier. I went to the cashier to make the transfer. The cashier could not find the bank account to make the transfer. The cashier asked the banker about the transfer to the bank account. The banker said that it had not been activated yet and came with the explanation that it takes some time to complete the verification process. Again she had the same unfriendly aptitude that I would not even bother to say to her that she had given me the wrong information just a few minutes ago.I do not know what exactly was going on with this banker but I writing this review hoping that Wells Fargo solve the issues with this employee in a way that does not affect the service that it provides to the customers.I called Wells Fargo customer service to verify that the Express Send Agreement had been activated but I was told that they do not have access to that information and I need to make an appointment to meet with a banker in a branch. Unfortunately, I do not want to go to the branch to the town where I live. I will have to choose a branch in another town where I can hopefully find someone who would help.

I really loved the team members they are so kind I can call about anything and they will be right there to assist am so comfortable with them I miss them in Englewood hope they coming back soon

I really love working with this branch I always drive from Bloomfield to Englewood just to talk to the manager and Franklin they are the best and I really miss them.i really don't know when they are coming back.please I really need to talk to the manager or Franklin is very important.

This location is just OK. A major problem has been the last month or so. They have been closed inside which I get, but a number of times I have tried to make a deposit at the ATM and it did not take it. the same thing happened this morning. Parking is a problem fo many people but I live across the street and that is not an issue. I also notice that some people waiting for a bus will at times wait inside which is according to the sign " Defiant Trespass" however no one will come from inside and say anything. I do not feel comfortable using the ATM in those situations
