Excellent customer service at the South Old Bridge, New Jersey location. The folks there really go above and beyond to make their customers feel important and valued. I had a recent problem with my Check Engine light on my 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport, 4 Cyl, 2.4L, and the customer service associates were very knowledgeable and helpful. My truck is now running again, and I am pleased overall with the customer service experience I received while visiting recently. Huge thank you to all of them !

The young man helping me was very attentive & helpful. Reasonably priced headlights and wiper blades. The only drawback was somewhat pushy in his efforts to upsell me on screwdrivers that I have no need of. I only needed the correct size to install new headlights. Perhaps consider selling tools separately. Probably not cost effective but just a thought to consider for we ladies who might not need every size screwdriver made.

Alex is a pain in the neck. You look for something and now you have to look for it on the shelves. They have no experience in that type of work or sales. The company should train them before being in front of a counter or business. The other people who were there before were better. people

They refused to replace my battery, which I was purchasing there, because of a "corporate policy" that disallows battery replacements to be done on Sundays. At first I thought he was kidding..he wasn't. He recommended I go to a Mavis to get a battery installed on a Sunday.What does that even mean? Do your job.I would love to speak to someone about this.

This Advance Auto Parts is Great! The staff are all very nice and they have a wide selection of products. Prices are great so I’d definitely recommend going here. Advance Auto Parts definitely has some of my favorite auto parts stores.
