They refused to replace my battery, which I was purchasing there, because of a "corporate policy" that disallows battery replacements to be done on Sundays. At first I thought he was kidding..he wasn't. He recommended I go to a Mavis to get a battery installed on a Sunday.What does that even mean? Do your job.I would love to speak to someone about this.

Alex was a tremendous help changing my battery. He made sure I had the correct one and that it was in stock, and I was in & out very quickly, including install time! Will definitely visit again for any car needs

This Advance Auto Parts is Great! The staff are all very nice and they have a wide selection of products. Prices are great so I’d definitely recommend going here. Advance Auto Parts definitely has some of my favorite auto parts stores.

I am a black man with a commercial account with Advance Auto Parts. I walked into this location on Sept 4th 2023 at 12:38 pm to buy rotors for a customer. I spoke to Alex about my commercial account and he started to interrogate me . I gave him all the information he asked for and even showed him my instagram account. He then called my business phone and my cell rang but it still wasn’t enough for him to sell me the rotors. As soon as l said l’m only been treated this way because of my skin color. He said, “I’ll not sell anything in the store to you”. So I left without getting the parts which I drove 30mins for ????? it’s really sad to go through this in these times ! I hope my kids don’t have to go through this. I cannot recommend this place to anyone!

When I walked into this establishment I should have walked right back out. An employee named Alex gave me the worst customer service I have ever experienced. He was arrogant, unhelpful, and unapologetic for his rudeness. I feel he needs more trainings on how to properly provide customer service. The Customer service that will get the customers to come back. Because I’m never coming back to advanced auto parts !!! Advanced auto parts is this the kind of individuals that you want representing you? With employees like Alex your business will significantly decrease. Alex was rude and made me feel uncomfortable. Perhaps I should have gone to auto zone first??

Plenty of parts and many of the common stuff is in stock or close by. We call ahead for specific items while the accessories and usual things like fluids, lights, tools and cleaning products are always on the shelves

So so helpful! I had a swollen lugnut and just could not brute force it myself. One of the guys working here came out and changed my tire and replaced the lugnuts I bought. Highly recommend!!!

Customer service! I stupidly shut my hood down on an empty oil bottle, and the hood became stuck. I had bought the oil from here, and I needed another quart. Luckily, the guy that worked there helped me get the empty bottle unstuck so I could close my hood. (He looks like Neegan from The Walking Dead.) You're not getting personal service from the big box stores.
