“The Coinstar in Acme is very convenient and well-maintained. It's out of the way by Customer Service, so you don't feel as though you're blocking much of anyone if you come in with large amounts of coins (as I usually do). It features both a voucher to get your money right away (minus a percentage) as well as Amazon paper gift cards free of commission. I save up my change and get the Amazon cards every year at the holidays and give them as gifts. I was a little disappointed the first time, as they're not plastic gift cards with pretty pictures on them, but the money spends just as well as the fancy ones, and I'm sure no one else would deal with my gallon ziplock bags of coins. ;)”

“I help my elderly parents with banking from time to time. This is the location closest to them. We've always had great experiences with the staff here, unlike my own experience with my PA locations where staff wear obnoxious red shirts and are rather stuck up. The staff are friendly and want to be helpful. Apparently, they also cater to Spanish speaking customers as well. On several occasions I've overheard tellers speaking Spanish to customers. That's commendable good customer care. On this occasion I accompanied my parents to close their safe deposit box. Michael Marino helped us go through the process. Even if he didn't outright put a big smile on his face, he was friendly, courteous, and accommodating. We really appreciated what he did for us during this visit. We also enjoyed the short but pleasant small talk. The location is central and convenient, off on Main Street downtown Freehold. But the flip side is having to put up with crazy downtown traffic and lights, which could add 5-10 minutes during rush hours. Ample parking in its own parking lot, accessible both from the Main Street and side street. Interior is vast, well lit, and clean. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this Wells Fargo Branch. I would highly recommend it.”

“This particular Bank has been my bank since I moved to Matawan around 30 years ago when it used to be Sovereign Bank . Mostly though Same staff now that it's Santander . “This bank and its staff deserve a well commendable review! My family and I have been banking with this bank since and we are so happy with the courteous, knowledgeable and friendly staff! I would like to specially mention its Managers - Nadia and Courtney. The awesome Tellers - Jessica, Joan and Nancy(?) and the only guy (sorry forgot his name). The entire staff of this bank is just amazing! I have never experienced any banks where everyone is like family! The ATM machine outside the building is so convenient and well lighted. They also have an ATM as soon as you walk in the bank on the right side. Over all, I love this bank! Customer service is amazing, friendly yet highly professionally! Thank you guys!”

“We have been banking with Wells Fargo for close to 40 years. They are slow and they work pretty much by the book. When one really needs a real bank then Well Fargo is the bank to work with. We use the Hwy 34, Aberdeen, NJ branch for our banking needs and have never been let down. There is so much you can do with online and call center help; you need the branches to help you and this is where Wells Fargo shines. During Hurricane Sandy, Wells Fargo was open all along to provide help. And now during the COVID-19 pandemic, Wells Fargo branches have been open and ready to help. They called us and let us know how to start the PPP loan application on their site. Couldn't believe it. We also use their ACH services and we have occasionally used their phone support; second to none.”

“I've been dealing with the stressful situation of helping my father, who is unfortunately in a nursing home, manage his finances, and EVERYBODY at this branch has been absolutely AMAZING at helping me through the process of obtaining the necessary documents, which has been incredibly strenuous. Each person here is a real pro, but I want to especially shout out Stephany Hurtado who is the epitome of customer service, professionalism, and hard work. She's gone above and beyond to assist me through mountains of paperwork, ensuring I get the documents I need, following up with corporate and the back office, plus keeping me updated. Her attention to detail and follow through are 2nd to none! The woman deserves an award for the HOURS she's put into helping me and ultimately my father. I can't thank everyone, especially Stephany, enough for their assistance during a difficult and stressful time. I am moving my business account over to this bank as a result of the stellar service. I have to say dealing with the branch in person vs corporate over the phone are different experiences. I've had good and bad experience with corporate, but at this branch always top notch and friendly service. Truly 10 stars!”
