“This is a response to Ms. Nik Gomolka. The stain was already on the men's cream shirt on the left side of the chest and was verified by the cleaner man. The stain is not guaranteed since you wanted the men's shirt at short notice. You behaved in an unladylike manner by tossing the shirt in my direction and raising you voice at me in my face. You treated me like I am a foreigner. It was unfortunate that this incident took place. I hope in the future when you bring the incoming dry cleaning we ( you and me) inspect the clothes carefully together. Christine K.”

I am happy to say this laundromat is now clean, the machines work well, and they even have a drop off and pick up, which is very convenient considering we are all busy in today's world.
