Long time shopper! Had incredible customer service today. “Annie” was exceptionally helpful, finding solutions for my needs that I wouldn’t have even considered. Very friendly and helpful. Had to come back 3 times because I kept forgetting things, she made me feel welcome each time, was funny, warm, and professional. Even when she was helping another customer, she remembered and acknowledged me and my pets I was shopping for. Fantastic experience 👏🏻👏🏻

5 Stars – Truly Exceptional Care from Start to Finish
I had the most amazing experience at the Petco in Morganville, and I cannot say enough good things about the entire staff. From the moment I walked in, every single team member was kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring. Their attention to detail, cleanliness, and commitment to providing the best possible care stood out immediately.
They took the time to really listen to my concerns about my dog, Miss Bella, and explained everything thoroughly using clear, easy-to-understand language. What impressed me most was their transparency and honesty — they gave me real advice and thoughtful, cost-effective recommendations without trying to upsell or push unnecessary treatments. I truly felt like they had my pet's best interest at heart.
Even though I drove 45 minutes to get there, it was absolutely worth it. The level of empathy, professionalism, and care was unlike anything I’ve experienced elsewhere.
A special thank you to Dr. Mostafa El Gam, DVM, for his exceptional care and expertise — and an extra shoutout to Gabi, who truly made this experience the best. I was so grateful to have her as my first interaction in the patient room. Her warmth, patience, and understanding immediately put me and Bella at ease. She set the tone for an incredibly positive visit, and we’re so appreciative of her support.
We will absolutely be back for any future care needs, no matter the distance. Thank you again to the entire team — you all are amazing!

I went to snag some cat litter quick, and was kind of stunned at how disgusting the fish tanks and other animal tanks were. I don't know if this is normal or not but it didn't seem right. I couldn't even see inside some of the enclosures. I'll post pics, but I think this store needs to put a little more effort into the well being of these animals. The buisness as a whole might not care but the employees should at least try.

Quality of feeder insects absolutely pitiful!!!! Who wants to pay for dead bugs. Will NOT be coming back, very disappointed in the lack of quality control.

Angelica did a SPECTACULAR job grooming my dog and cutting her nails!! It was our first time to her and I can only say she is wonderful and the experience was perfect!!
