“How odd it feels to rate a post office but the experience here just had to be noted! This place is the most efficient and pleasant post office our family has experienced. Service for 2 children’s passports including photos. Appointments easily made online and promptly assisted once we arrived. The staff (2 ladies) were so warm and patient, made the experience fun for our kids, way less stressful for us parents. But on top of the manner, these 2 were an efficient team! Communication top notch to help move us and other clients along, detailed paperwork reviewed thoroughly and quickly, passports arrived quickly without issue. “POSTMARK PLUS- Sam was very helpful and friendly. The location is very convenient. I walked in at closing. Sam took his time to make sure I had the best offer to get my overnight letter to where I needed it. They offer packaging/labeling on the spot. Highly recommend stopping in at postmark plus for personal and business shipping. Plus they have Notary On-site.

I ship UPS Fed Ex DHL and other companies this is one of the best offices in New York and New Jersey they deserve a raise!

“Came here for an Amazon return. I don’t have a printer anymore so I couldn’t print the shipping label in advance. The UPS associate who helped me guided me through sending the label to the store via the Amazon website.
I really appreciated all the extra help he provided. He didn’t have to go that extra mile but he did.”

“I am so thankful for Kathy Felton at the Helmetta post office. The whole staff was super nice but Kathy was truly the best. I had a problem with transferring documents and had a very bad experience with a post office in Sayreville that I was not getting any help resolving until I met Kathy at the helmetta post office. Kathy was very Knowledgeable and straightened out the problem I had in Sayreville. She went above and beyond for me, was super nice and really took the time to explain everything that was going on to me and how to take care of the problem. It is very rare to come across a person and business that are so caring and helpful they are the best and Kathy is a great person.”

“I live in town, they're wonderful. The post master goes above and beyondm. The post office in general misdelivered a package to Trenton and she called them every day for a few weeks, they never got back to her and I had to file a claim, but they're all amazing here. They have a book swap area, you can leave books for others or take some home, there's some good stuff there too!”

“I prefer this Post Office to others. They seem to have a lot of complaints about rudeness but I’ve NEVER experienced that. There’s a Santander Bank right there & some other stores. Sometimes Google Maps Street View still shows a Gas Station where there’s now a Chase Bank in place where there was a Gas Station Separated by the parking lot across the street from 6/12 Store.”

“This is the BEST post office I have ever been to. Specifically because the women are so kind, helpful and pleasant! It is clean, well stocked and always a breeze to deal with. I went in this week during Xmas and they were wearing Christmas headbands and necklaces. How cute!! And merry!! Once I brought my dog and baby there. I leashed my dog up to the wheelchair ramp and the women there kept eyes on him to make sure he was safe. You can make this up! Hands down the best post office because of the women that work there. It’s also just a very cute and quaint post office like out of a movie.”
