Staff is friendly, love the pizza but sometimes it’s burnt and the crust is solid as a rock this happens allot delicious when it’s done right though. Also the burgers sometimes the bun is hard because it’s been in the warmer for a while. Also never seen an Italian Job hoagie at this 711 ever maybe once in a blue moon my favorite.

Stopped in for a quick bite to eat and the 2 gentleman behind the counter were very friendly as soon as we walked in. The offered to make anything if it wasn't our on the warmer. Great experience and clear store overall.

You call them, and they say “20 minutes!” An hour later you call back, and if you’re lucky they answer the phone. Usually they don’t. They never have anything you’re supposed to be able to order on the website, so you’re like, “I’ll have a hot dog.” And they they can’t even deliver that. Why do they say they can deliver anything when they won’t?!

For anyone who complain's about Charlie, they need to get their head examined. Charlie is an awesome guy. The guy who posted above should relax a little, and take a chill pill. There is 2 sides to every story and I have to say, I would believe Charlie's side then this clowns.
