I was in yesterday (7/8) around 5pm and ALL the associates were so kind and helpful. It is my birthday this month and they even went out of their way to give me a birthday promo code. You can just really tell the team here works together to make their guest feel welcomed ! Will be back!

Absolutely miserable shopping experience. The store was sweltering — no air conditioning on a hot day is bad enough, but the fitting room? It felt like a sauna. I was sweating buckets just trying to try something on. How is this acceptable for customers? It’s hard to believe a brand that charges premium prices can’t invest in basic comfort. Fix your AC — no one wants to pass out trying on a sundress.

Two of the workers that were working on the evening of March 21, 2025 were both rude and disrespectful to my sister and I.
When my sister asked to take an item that was placed up high the woman was disgusted to help. She even gave the complete wrong sizes to her. I then asked the same lady and she was also clearly disgusted while she made a rude remark to me.
Next, this incident was with another employee. I was in the dressing room when I went to put some of the unwanted clothes on the rack outside. I forgot if some of the clothing pieces were on hangers and the woman said ''where are the hangers that these were on.'' She then stared at me fiercely as I went back to the dressing room and put the hanger on the clothes. However, I apparently put the hanger on the inside of the clothing and not the outside. The worker made a big fuss by saying ''this is NOT how you put the hanger on. You are to put it on politely if you want to shop here.'' She then continued to make a big fuss of the hanger. Each time I came back with a piece of clothing that was not originally on a hanger she made a snarky comment about it. When I was putting the clothing back I saw the woman who made the hanger comments talking to the woman who was disgusted about doing her job. She continued to make fun of me right near my face and I felt very uncomfortable.
The woman who made the hanger remarks only became nice when she checked me out at the register.
The actions of these two workers are both inexcusable and wrong to long-standing customers.

Rudest possible employee ever it was a young blonde girl working on March 1 around 7 PM. I was looking at the clearance rack and a few things fell off, and I had so much stuff in my hand that I couldn’t pick it up right at that moment and she came over to me and started yelling to her coworker talking about me right in front of my face me saying that she just had this whole section done and someone ruined it and I ruined the whole entire thing. 1. I was going to pick it up, had so much stuff in my hand I couldn’t 2. Talking about me right in front of me? 3. It’s your job. Terrible manners and I’m a young girl myself we were both around the same age and it just hurt to see that. So rude.

Extremely fancy place. Lot of options and they mainly have cutsy, girly and boho styles. They are very pricy and I feel like shopping here is only worth it during their semi-annual sale. I went in for the first time last Wednesday and had a great shopping experience. However, I went back in yesterday at the same time (around 7:20) and the doors were locked even though they are open till 8. I don't think it is right for them to do that and even if there is a urgent circumstance, they should have the decency to put up a notice regarding early closing. I was very disappointed.

Such a beautiful store with the nicest staff! Gabby and Kylie were so friendly and helpful, I'll definitely be back! I also love how the store combines trendy modest clothing with Christian and country themes.

Love this store! Honestly, I come in for their sale racks, but have to tunnel vision to get there because all the stuff is so cute! But definitely will say the clothes are not made for curvy people.

Natalie the manager was unprofessional. I have witnessed her ill treatment toward staff and customers. She should not be in a position of leadership when she lacks the ability to hold it together.
