I’ve been shopping at this location for about a year or two and every visit has been a great experience. The staff is always so nice and pleasant—never pushy, but always available to help when needed. I truly appreciate the balance of attentiveness and respect for the customer’s space!

I would like to thank Cheryl, who is a fabulous sales rep for the Ann Taylor at the promenade. Cheryl was so friendly , professional, and has an eye for fashion . Cheryl knew exactly what to help me with in picking out the right dress for my daughter’s Sweet 16. I had a wonderful shopping experience with Cheryl. It was a wonderful night. You are the epitome of a sales person, especially in fashion , Where you helped for me to choose just the right dress for me to look and feel good in the moment I got dressed I felt exactly how I was imagining to feel on this very magical night ,which is what is supposed to happen!

The store is clean and organized with lots of beautiful items. The salespeople do not treat all customers equally, especially people of color. I was ignored while others were offered assistance. At first, I gave them the benefit of the doubt since I entered so quietly. But both associates made direct eye contact with me. One continued to ignore me and the other offered no more than a fake smile.

I'm here with the wife. Nice people. Weird music. Nice place to sit and wait patiently for her to try on lots of stuff back by the fitting rooms. A TV back here on Sundays would be a big hit, I think.

Went to purchase my wife something and the older woman in the back couldn’t ring on the register she said. One of the managers seemed to overwhelmed to help me .. The store also has a odor. I went to Talbots instead . Way better experience.

Horrible experience!!!!…The employees were to busy gossiping about another employee to help me ..The manager I think she said her name Jeanette was part of the gossiping as well. I will never go to this store again very unprofessional

High quality, worth the price. The customer service is great, helpful and kind and not pushy at all. Is the best option around for business casual, specially if you are petite.

They did not have the items I was looking for at the store. I went online and made a purchase during a promotion if you purchase 3 items you get 40% off. In addition, if you opened a credit card, you received an additional 25% off the total of that order. So, I did. Two days later, the items that I purchased were each 50% off, which is a considerable difference. I called customer service and a rude person said we don't do price adjustments and hung up. I waited until the next day and called again. This time I got someone and they said a new policy was implemented and they don't do price adjustments. What is the difference if I return the item to the store and just purchase it again? She couldn't answer the question. I think the Customer Service of this brand needs to be re-evaluated. Guess I'll stick with White House Black Market.

I ordered online and selected to pick up at this store. To my mistake, it was further away than I realized and closes at a ridiculous 6pm. For those of us who work business hours, this is an obvious challenge. At my first attempt to head there immediately after work, my gps took me on a wrong turn, costing me precious minutes. I called the store, and the woman I spoke with was strikingly rude; I explained my situation, hoping they'd have some amount of kindness for the lady who rushes to the door at 6:00 or 6:01. Nah. She didn't care, and repeatedly said "only if you're here by 6:00. We close at 6:00." "Really, I'm not trying to hold you up, but if I get there at 6:01 or 6:02, you won't hand me my bag, which I've already purchased?" "We close at 6:00." It's just needlessly mean. I've worked many years in customer-facing positions, and a phone call like this, nicely explaining the customer's problem has never irritated me. If I can help the customer, what's the big deal? I wasn't expecting them to "stay open late" for me, or anything. I just wanted to know if they'd lock me out at 5:59:59, and got my answer. I did arrive at 6:02 and didn't even bother trying to get my purchase. I tried again two nights later, but hit traffic and would have been 5+ minutes late. It was literally impossible for me to get there after work with them closing incredibly early, and my order was eventually cancelled by them. I just needed a couple of minutes of this woman's time, but nah.
