I have been shopping with Arhaus since they opened and most our home is designed with their furniture. I’m happy with everything. Most recently Karen Wallace helped me decorate my Family Room, master bedroom, dining room and guest bedroom. I couldn’t have done it without hers and the designer, Patricia’s, guidance. Karen has always been responsive, including when I had an issue with one of my end tables. It was immediately resolved. My home feels so put together now.

NEVER AGAIN : A year or so ago I made a large that contained 6 dinning table Chairs ( ORDER #678977854) After a couple of month , I have noticed one of the chairs getting really wobbly and almost breaking apart, but the other 5 where perfectly solid. so I found it very strange, upon inspecting the chair I found out that the screws where not placed int he right template area like the other 5 , hence the chair started breaking apart. I immediately called Arhaus Customer service and notified them of the issue and sent them pictures showing how the nails are not put in the right area and they acknowledged the issue and promised to replace it. It have been 7 long month now where I had 3 chairs delivered in that period , each time I have to not accept the chair cause the same problem exists. They continuously send me the chair being assembled incorrectly. I don't know what else to do. It's been a complete waste of my time with each delivery being scheduled and confirmed 5 times prior to the date. Yesterday I snapped and said enough is enough. I never post on Social Media, but this is getting ridiculous. They don't seem to have taken the matter seriously at all. it's been a complete waste and then the lady on the phone told me well we can just send a technician to fix the issue. Well if that was the case then why haven't you done so 7 month Ago when you delivered the chair not assembled correctly in the first place!!! From love to hate of the brand in less than a year. NEVER EVER AGAIN.

Do NOT under any circumstances make the same mistake I did. We worked with Karen, who assured us that if our couch did not fit in the service elevator of our building, that we would receive a full refund. Seeing as I am not a complete idiot, had that NOT been the case, I would have measured our service elevator and purchased the couch online. Couch was delivered, it did not fit, and it was only then that Karen explained the restocking fee. She, of course, claims she told us when we purchased the couch. Which she one thousand percent did not, because—again—I am not an idiot who loves needlessly throwing money away and so I WOULD HAVE ORDERED IT ONLINE AFTER MEASURING. She then said she would get back to me in 2 business days about period of time for exchange or refund. I never heard from her. I then called to speak to the manager. Not there. I left a message. And I emailed. It’s been a week, no word from the manager. I called Arhaus customer service to get my full refund— they transferred me 3 times. And after an hour on the phone explained that even though their employees are incompetent and lie….I still need to pay the restocking fee. I’ll be taking it up with my credit card company. I should also mention that when Karen saw our NYC address, she started talking about how fancy we were, how rich we must be. Beyond uncomfortable and beyond inappropriate. Garbage customer service, garbage products, garbage employees. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

This is by far the worst Arhaus location i’ve ever experienced- go elsewhere! (recc short hills). After calling them out on two errors on their end - it was excuse after excuse and the worst customer service i’ve experienced - couldn’t even apologize for the errors THEY made. After a failed attempt for replacements and excuses for a refund - i called everyday until it was rendered. Major warning: to stay on top of your orders. High quality products with low quality service!

We had been searching for the perfect dining table for quite some time, so we were excited to discover Arhaus in Marlton, NJ. From the moment we walked in, the experience was exceptional—thanks especially to the design consultant, Lauren. She was incredibly helpful in guiding us to the ideal dining table, and with her expert advice, we ended up also purchasing new dining chairs, a media console, and a bookshelf.
Lauren was attentive, communicative, and genuinely committed to helping us create a space we love. Although the dining table we initially received had a defect, Lauren handled the situation with professionalism and care. What could have been a frustrating experience turned into a positive one because of her dedication, and we ultimately received a perfect replacement.
If you’re looking for high-quality furniture and excellent customer service, I highly recommend visiting Arhaus in Marlton—and be sure to ask for Lauren. She truly made all the difference in our experience.

We just moved and bought most of our furniture from Arhaus. We have had the best experience, both with the furniture and with our interior design consultant, Lauren Grisso. She goes above and beyond and has been incredibly helpful and so professional and friendly. She is a dream to work with. Honestly, I feel like she’s a friend now. Our experience with the online team to schedule delivery and with the delivery people who have come to our home have been great. The furniture itself is the best quality we’ve found, and if anything comes with even a little damage from the storage or delivery process, Arhuas is amazing about making it right. We are thrilled with the style and quality of our furniture, and it’s made our house a beautiful home!

Avoid this furniture store at all costs!!! We purchased over $40K in just outdoor furniture and within 2 years, although we have their expensive covers and cover everything for every single rain, the fabric is pulling. We were then told our 5 year warranty covers the items, but after their warranty department looked at the photos clearly showing the damage, they say it isn't covered. We've spent over $200K at Restoration Hardware and if there is even the slightest thing wrong with anything, it is fixed without question. This is nothing more than a Raymour and Flanigan posing as upscale furniture. Go to RH, Ethan Allen, 882 and/or others. This company does not stand by their warranty and will lie for any sale possible.

Melissa at the Marlton location went over and beyond the call of duty and came to my house to reconfigure an Arhaus sectional. Thank you Melissa for your professionalism and great eye!

My wife and I typically shop at Restoration Hardware and now we understand why. Originally we walked into the store late March to purchase an outside furniture set for nearly $5000 and in New Jersey we know that in March it’s freezing cold and by September the summers over however we were told at the time that it would take initially was between 12 and 14 weeks for our order and today we are at roughly 19 weeks. I walked into the store locally to inquire where I was further insulted, as I asked a question about the order, and I was told that you should’ve bought it in the store and not online, which was never disclosed to me when I purchased the order because I walked into the store to figure out which Furniture we would like to buy. I do understand why people buy online now because dealing with people at these establishments that do not have proper customer service training and etiquette is disappointing. Because they are so over the timeframe that the order was supposed to be sent, I do have the ability to cancel which I will promptly do unless the shipping changes in the next day or so which I highly doubt. The summary is at this point if you’re going to spend substantial money on furniture, you are best served to simply go to Restoration hardware versus our house because their service their shipping. Their delivery is 1000 times better. @arhaus

Save yourself the hassle and go to room and board instead! The worst customer service ever. And you would need the customer service, because things don’t happen on their own like a normal business. You have to call and call and call to get things moving. I bought dining chairs each for $700+. The chairs are ready in the warehouse, but somehow, they don’t call to schedule delivery even after a month of promised delivery date. I called the store many times to figure out what’s happening. They always ask who is the salesperson who made the sale. If she is not there at the store, which happens btw a lot of time, no one helps you with your issue. Then they promise to call back or write back or call the warehouse etc, but they never do until you call again and the same redundant conversation happens. At the end, they told us to pick up a chair from a store 1 hour away and they ship the rest! Finger crossed now that will happen soon! I had similar bad experiences with my other orders from arhaus. In contrast, room and board is so so so good with their customer service. I should have got my dining chairs too from them.

Similar experience to other recent reviews. Furniture was delayed, which we expected. The customer service at the marlton location is terrible. There was no initiative from the staff to reach out regarding our order. We constantly had to call to ask for updates when not hearing anything after our updated estimated delivery had passed. The sales rep said she would call us Saturday and email us Wednesday - neither happened. We called the following week and spoke to a manager who just "yes"d us to get us off the phone and said she would email is with and update within a week. Again, a week later no correspondence. When the furniture did finally arrive, there were several issues, including missing pieces and small damages. The missing pieces led us to have a pile of furniture parts sitting in our bedroom while we waited nearly 2 weeks for a tech to come with the pieces and finish the assembly. The only good part of our experience was Jordan from the distribution center who was very proactive with communication and helpful in resolving our issues. My hope is the other arhaus locations are more well ran, but do not go to the marlton location given the inexperience and unprofessionalism of the current sales staff.
