Don't usually write anything negative online, especially at this AT&T store since the service previously has been phenomenal, but my visit here on Dec 29th was completely unacceptable and had my blood boiling. My father and I got there at about 4:20 PM and all we wanted was to upgrade an older iPhone, which usually takes about 5 - 10 minutes tops from past experiences. We walk into two employees helping two separate parties (let's call them employee 1 and 2), and so we walked around looking at the devices on display and then sat to wait for assistance. 10 minutes go by, 30 minutes go by, and we're guessing the employees didn't really care that there are people waiting. Now, in this time, another employee (employee 3) came out to assist one of the employees up front while another customer waited as we did, who left after about 50 minutes of waiting. After an hour of waiting (~5:20 PM), another employee (employee 4) from the back goes out to get food and returns about 10 minutes later and just glances at my father and I while heading back into the room. Normally I'm pretty patient about technical difficulties at a tech store, but not acknowledging waiting customers and then seemingly not caring either was honestly infuriating. At 6 PM, one of the original two employees up front finally came to assist us and in this moment, another customer walks into the store and then employee 4 from the back goes to help her. You mean to tell me that the two employees up front could not have brought us to his attention while he was in the back? Anyway, we got the phone within minutes and did not set it up at the store since we didn't want to spend any more time there.

We are here waiting to get service in marlton promade at&t store, we got here 4:15 pm , its 5:45 pm now, we been asked to wait on our arrival for few minutes, this is ridicules, Dec 29 2023, you guys can look up the security cameras, there service was great last time I was here, but its terrible today

Go somewhere else where you will not be sold. A phone that sucks and does not work and then When you go back to ask for help are told the AT&T. only sells phones and does not help you with them. Go somewhere else this place effing sucks.

I was given false and incomplete information that cost me over 500 dollars. No one at the corporate level is interested in resolving issues for a very longstanding customer. I would rate 0 if I could.

Even though I said that I did not know much English, the store employee welcomed me with a smile and I cannot thank him enough for listening to my problems one by one and doing the ideal job for me.

I was greeted as soon as I walked throtge door to make my purchase. The gentleman helped me identify my item and informed me that since I purchased the item from an AT&T store, there was a warranty and the price to replace was even less. Before I could ask, he was prepared to clean and replace the cover for my phone camera.Excellent customer service

I went to this store to fix my sim and Leo was phenomenal. Very easy going, calm, and just overall personable. 100% will go back here for any future needs. And i saw him interact with a family, informative, patient. Thanks so much. It was so seamless. Thanks Leo!

For an att user, it is a good thing for us that you have more stores, but now you have no signal in this place, and the network is basically unavailable.

The help that I received yesterday went above and beyond my expectations when I walked in the store. The staff Jorge and Alex were so personable and welcoming. About the coolest most down to earth experience I've ever had!! Jorge helped activate my phone while Alex set us up with Direct TV. Once my activation was completed Jorge then went to help another customer while my mother and I continued to work with Alex. He had the MOST WELCOMING SOUL!! And was so down to earth! I will most definitely be returning even if it's just to say hello. 10/10 customer service. Thank you guys so much.

i am just switching over to AT&T from T Mobile. i went to the store in Promenade. i got there around 10:05am and the store was still closed. the sales associate did not show up till 10:20am and stated the store would be open in around 10 minutes. this has put a sour taste in my mouth and i no longer want to switch to AT&T

1 is even a high rating for this store. I had the worse customer experience today at the location. The associate Tory yelled at me after I told him not to raise his voice. He continued to yelled at me and started cursing me out scaring my children to the point that they ran and hid behind a counter. My kids are 7 and 9. This individual yelled, cursed and disrespected me while his co-worker Jorge stood there and did nothing. There was no manager to handle anything. I was at no point disrespectful and condescending. I walked in at 6:20 and at 8 pm I was still there with loyalty dept. On the phone and this kid Tory could not handle his emotions and frustration that 8 pm came and he was still there. That's the only reason I can think of for him to behave in such a manner. This is not a dirt store on the middle of nowhere. Clearly my kids have never seen their mother being yelled at and cursed at. He scared them and disrespected me with no regard of his position as a worker. I Was told by the rep. On the phone to come back tomorrow to speak to the store manager so I could return the phone since due the incident, the transaction could not been completed. A formal complaint was filed. I am still shaken and my kids are still crying after this incident. I would have never expect to experience a situation like this at the Promenade and at a large retailer store. Completely unacceptable. This worker needs to be fired. There is no capacity building training who can help this kid to learn to treat people respectfully.
