The most disrespectful and unprofessional experience I've ever had in a business environment. If you are thinking of hiring this office, DO NOT. I called because I mistakenly left my original W2s at the office and asked for someone to scan/email copies of them for an urgent matter due within the hour. The receptionist that answered the phone does not have access to the files and my advisor, Dwight Kennedy, was in back to back meetings the rest of the day so the receptionist asked that I call back to speak with the next available advisor. I did so and spoke to Frank Chiacchio. I explained my request for the copies and Frank declined to provide them and asked that I speak to Dwight directly. His tone was very stern and dismissive. I explained that Dwight was unavailable for the rest of the day and so that's why I was asking him. He again declined without reason. As I started to explain the nature of my urgency, Frank Chiacchio hung up on me mid-sentence. I expect this quality of customer service from my local fast food restaurant, but for a professional tax office to conduct itself in such a manner was shocking and infuriating. I have been filing my personal and business taxes with HR Block for almost 10 years now. Frank Chiacchio is a disgrace and a terrible reflection on HR Block as a company. I immediately called the receptionist, advised her of Frank's conduct, and told her that I will no longer be conducting business with HR Block and asked that she prepare my original documents for pickup. THIS they were able to do. BUT to scan and email 3 copies was too grand of a request. I have not received an apology from anyone at that office or an attempt to mend the relationship, not even from my advisor. I'm so very disappointed and I do not recommend this office to anyone. I also hope someone from corporate reviews my post and Frank Chiacchio is punished for his conduct. This advisor should not work with clients.
