Do not trust any 100% accuracy guarantee. These people sent MY TAX REFUND TO THE WRONG ADDRESS!! How do you mess up that big and just offer a refund??? Block advisors cost me my tax refund and all they want to do is refund me to cost of having a tax “pro” assist with filing

My advisor Theresa Murphy always goes above and beyond t provide a level of service that I have not ever experienced before. She is extremely knowledgeable, explains everything in detail, and if she isn't sure about something she makes a point to say why and then she gets the answer. She's quick to respond when I reach out and works after hours to accommodate me. You have a true gem in Theresa Murphy and I am so grateful I have her to work with!

Very difficult to get responses, still waiting on updates from 2020 taxes that I was told were electronically filed in April of 2021. Turns out there was an issue on the IRS side and is very difficult to resolve. I understood this, all I asked for were weekly updates of some kind since they are working on Mondays and Wednesdays only and I can't even get that. This service was already paid for and being ignored is very unprofessional, takes less than 5 mins to respond to my email with a status...

I had one tax advisor that went MIA on vacation after I sent him my paperwork and then the entire branch claimed they couldn’t find any of my tax paperwork in their system. Two weeks after I submitted my forms and had my appointment I had to resubmit them and start from scratch, resulting in my return being late. I would never trust an H&R Block again after this tax season, especially not this one.

Friendly, up front, easy explanations. Honestly made me feel more confident leaving the office. I was even given tips for next year and reassured I could contact them any time with any questions. First time I've trusted someone else to do my taxes, but feel very confident in their service. I'm impressed, well done!P.S. I have 12 years in tech retail experience and customer service. The ability to explain complicated terms in digestible information for the every day person takes talent.
