The buyers for Burlington Stores are absolutely horrible, It was so much better when it was Burlington Coat Factory. Nothing but crap now, looks worse than the goodwill stores. Nothing is neatly put together on the racks, I gotten better clothes from Shean the past couple years than here.

They followed me around the store! I do NOT need to shop places like this. VERY POOR customer service, from the door. No greeting, no exchange of words at register, nor any thank you have a nice day NOTHING. Not worth my money. I will be returning my items. Not worth my money when I can’t get the lowest customer service and respect.
