From the moment I walked into the dealership, Christian greeted me warmly and reassured me that my AT4 truck would be evaluated and handled in a timely matter. I then had this pleasure of working with Glen who got my truck in as quickly as possible for a diagnosis and made sure I had a loaner vehicle for the duration of the repair. These two gentlemen were instrumental in making sure everything went smoothly with the servicing of my truck and provided exceptional customer service and hospitality. I’m so glad I was able to bring my truck to Burns!

I had such a great experience at Burns GMC! Ethan was extremely helpful with getting my car right before the holidays. He held great conversation, made the process comfortable, and was always open to answering my questions — and if he didn’t know something, he made sure to find the answer. I really appreciated that!
Also, big shoutout to Rob for handling the behind-the-scenes stuff and making everything smooth.

I brought my 2025 Hummer SUV from GMC Buick Marlton NJ dealership and since then I had to bring it 4 different times for water leaking inside the car. Each time I bring it, I am assured there are no leaks and it leaks each time after that. I just picked up the vehicle 11/26/25 and with rain the same night, its still leaking in same spot. I emailed pictures to Robert Hart. Unbelievable of the level of service you provide and cause huge inconveniences to customer.

My appointment was for an oil change, and also because the “check engine” light was off and on at times. I don’t know a lot about car problems; guess I thought that getting an oil change would correct the problem with light being on, and it wouldn’t take long at the service department. The Service Advisor (Mr.Tito Henriquez), said he would have my oil changed, and then do a quick check of the engine so I could be on my way; I agreed. So, the next morning when I drove my car, the check engine light came on again, with an additional message on the dashboard that the engine was slowing down (my paraphrase)? Well, I did not feel comfortable driving the car the distance, and had to have it towed back to Burn’s Buick. I was relieved that I was able to get an appointment, and that Mr. Henriquez did his best in the situation; he kept in touch to inform me about the health of my car, and assured me that he would have someone go and pick up the needed part so that the job would be completed early afternoon. I am very thankful that Mr. Henriquez was able to get the job done, because it sounded like it was a serious problem going on with my car!

My Chevy Equinox had an unfortunate drainage problem which caused the subfloor to accumulate rain water — it took a while to identify this problem (several visits) but once Eric & team figured out what was going on they did what they needed to do, and handled the transactional side very responsibly, transparently, and courteously. Can't say enough nice things, honestly.
Not sure I'll ever buy another Equinox, but these people are definitely good people.

Best car buying experience I ever had. Doug my sales rep was awesome all the way through! Thanks to Rob the manager for helping me get the best deal! Five star service at this dealership all around, everyone is friendly and the biggest thing is, they dont BS! They get stuff done! I wont be going anywhere else.
