It started with the Internet Sales associate Rachel. She was awesome, friendly, accommodating & highly recommend some recognition for her. She got me in the door feeling completely un-pressured. She also did a ton of research to help me find the exact specs I wanted for my vehicles.My sales associate was Dan Robinson. He was awesome. We looked at one GMC Terrain & when it seemed like it wouldn't work for my situation, he went right back to the drawing board to find something within my requirements. He went above and beyond & also deserves some recognition. The easiest & most comfortable I felt in a dealership maybe ever. I got the payment I want, the vehicle I want & actually left a dealership happy.

Had a really seamless experience with salesman Wilder and business manager Bill. The GM was also really kind, I don’t remember his name I’m sorry! Wilder was super personable and patient, showed us several different vehicle and ultimately found my husband his dream truck and even had it shipped in next day from another dealership! Thanks guys, we will definitely be back!

The reason I had given it at 1 star is because it would not let me leave a review otherwise horrible Service department, and I do mean horrible. The man behind the counter seriously needs to learn to be more customer friendly Then just sitting there with an attitude. Maybe then he will have a better attitude with dealing with the public. My wife and I stood there for 6 minutes until he addressed us with our questions. The biggest issue was that after we purchased the vehicle that it was involved in an accident and was NEVER reported to us by the dealership. We'll take our business elsewhere. We are getting ready to buy a new vehicle.

This is my second vehicle purchase from Burns, my 1st go round was a 2018 Acadia and I just traded that in for a 2021 Acadia. Kristen Geier was my sales associate, she understood what I wanted and didn't try to convince me otherwise. She was courteous and attentive and she really cares about her customers. We even had a little numbers discrepancy with our credit union, Kristen and her manager both had the patience to walk us through that process. Everyone is always so nice and helpful at all times. I can honestly say I've never had a bad experience at this dealership, I highly recommend!

I bought a GV70 from this Burns dealer on route 70. Anthony was an amazing salesman. He did not make me feel pressured in buying a car and made the entire car buying experience smooth. The finance department, Fabio, communicated each detail effectively from beginning to end. This dealership was absolutely top notch. I would recommend for anyone looking to buy a car to go there. 5 star all the way!!! Thank you again for a wonderful experience.

Scam AlertIf you're not Caucasian they will gaslight & lie to your face. I felt racially discriminated. As a business owner, never have I felt such awkwardness From the beginning. As an empathic person. I can tell when people are not pleased with my appearance. Even though I was professionally dressed.Please get everything that they promise you and writing. If not, they will say that they never said it, and they don't know what you're talking about. Robbed me of $6000 of equity.They are not honorable Never againI will lawyer up. Anthony Ciarrocca was my agent and he took very good care of me. He made sure I was comfortable through the process. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. Colin was fantastic to work with and very sensitive to our time constraints. While he let us know what our upgrade options were and responded to/was knowledgeable about our questions, he didn’t handle it in the stereotypical car sales approach other dealerships condition you to expect. Anthony rocked and really helped me with my purchase. It was a very long process on my part picking the right car out but he went above and beyond and I could honestly say the next time I’m in the market for a car even though they are hour and a half away, I will absolutely look at their inventory and call and tell them what I want. I’ve been in the car business now for 16 years and wish I had have to staff that I met an encounter at the store, five-star experience he will not be disappointed, I promise

Our salesperson Don Harrison was amazing from the moment we set foot in the dealership. We really appreciated him taking the time to highlight all the vehicles "bells and whistles" during our test drive of the Encore and frankly it absolutely sold us on the vehicle. Don took the time to listen to us and understand our needs and found us the exact vehicle we wanted and didn't try to sell us on things we didn't need or want. Neil was also great during vehicle pick up, walking us through vehicle controls and settings. Our experience at this dealership was outstanding and we LOVE our new car! Thank you Burns!! Great location! I went in one day and left with my car the very next day! The salesman Darius made me feel comfortable and was very patient with me during my test drives! He also went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal and got everything I was looking for. Not only that, but he checked up on me to make sure my new car was to my liking. He has been very helpful, and I highly recommend going to him when looking for a car!
