I live in marlton and this dealership is near my house. I moved from Los Angeles. This is the first time I have seen this dealership in my life. I have visited this location twice. Both times I had a bad review. They do not have a good appointment time or do not value the appointment. They value the time. I went to them for the recall and they gave me a week's time and said they will check it out in a week. Bad service

I bought my first Honda 15 years ago and when it came time for a new car I knew it had to be a Honda…. The family at burns Honda was so helpful and accommodating!!!! And Art D was amazing at getting me what I wanted for a payment I could work with!!!

The worst dealership to deal with. Bought a new Honda accord that I had issues with since day one. The service department was difficult, the lady who rang you out was a nasty nightmare. I finally had to get rid of the car after the dealership wanted to charge me 6 grand for a new engine for a 9 year old car. Turns out there was a major recall on the engine of the car. By that point I had to trade the car in for a new car (a Toyota ) because the engine leaked oil so bad. DO NOT ever water your time with this dealership. It’s known for its shady practices.

I had the BEST EXPERIENCE here! Nico, Fabio and Micheal were miracle workers! They made everything smooth, easy, got the best prices for me and there was no shady stuff happening at all (which I’ve experienced before at Kia, cherry hill) I highly recommend anyone to do business here, and when you choose to, be sure to ask for Nico or Fabio! I couldn’t thank them enough at the dealership today. They truly are the best!

I unfortunately did not purchase a vehicle the one I was looking at was sold before I could get there . However the salesman there Xaver was absolutely awesome he kept me updated thru text offered me other options (none worked out I live about 2 hours away not his fault just dollars and cents lol) but if I was In the area more and shopping I’d definitely look up this dealership and ask for Xaver ! Dude seems like real deal salesman- Dan E .
