I reserved a car online.
Got to the enterprise and all the terms changed.
I left and went to a different enterprise I usually go to.
The lot is packed with cars and trucks. Now I know why!

I will start by sharing the only good thing about my experience- the employee that originally helped me went out of her way to give me a car that day even though I didn't have an appointment.
After that everything was pretty much terrible. They never sent me a confirmation email/proof of rental until I called twice to ask for it. One of these calls was also to ask for a current registration on the car- the one in the glove box was expired. It didn't end there though- they told me the manager ("in on Monday" as I'm driving a car with an expired registration) would send it to me via email. Sure, he did, but he again sent the expired one and never answered after that. They actually never sent it to me the entire time I had the car because I gave up.
They also were entirely unclear as to when I had to bring the car back and I didn't know until luckily I was able to bring it back a day early. I extended the rental another 3 days and all they said was "bring it back Wednesday." To me, this means bring it back sometime on Wednesday i.e. after I was done work! When I brought it back and explained what happened with the registration, the girl at the front told me she would "give me the extra day for free" that I thought I had paid for anyway, as the guy on the phone told me I had extended it "until Wednesday."
Apparently, keep track of when you pick up the car originally (i.e. remember that you got it at 10:30 am), because any time past that time is considered an extra day come pickup. They do not make any of this clear at all and they're super casual until they charge you extra money. The girl at the front was also rude, telling me "it's on the website." Sure, like people actually read the website of the only monopoly in the area renting cars.
Lastly, the car smelled horribly like cigarette smoke and it was because when I got it, there were 2 used cigarettes in the glove box. It seems they don't clean them either. Lovely touch for a car that cost almost $900 to rent for a week and a half.

After not having the vehicle that we confirmed upon, the day before, all was made well and right through team work and the young lady assisting me. Her patience was superb! She has a unique name, forgive me for forgetting, but it began with an "M".

I took my car to be repaired at Burns Collison which is next door to Enterprise. I rented a fully loaded Buick suv from them. Process was easy, in and out. Great staff too!
