Ethan Allen had their sample sale during the month of June. I’ve never shopped a sample sale anywhere so I wasn’t aware what it entailed. Previously, in early winter, I stopped in to look at bedroom furniture for my son but fell in love with a dining room set. A dining room set that I wasn’t really needing but completely loved. Briana, drew up an invoice and told me to give her a call if I had any questions. She was not pushy, just professionally nice. I told her I wanted to wait. In June, she called and explained the sample sale, told me how I can get my hands on that dining room I fell in love with. She asked if I was still interested and again was not pushy, just a simple question. We got in to a whole conversation, she listened and told me to go in to the show room. Briana exemplifies patience. I had many questions, she pulled fabrics, had pictures printed of the complete dining room set, sat and waited while I looked through everything. She offered advice, and not just as a salesperson trying to seal a deal but like a relatable friend who has plenty of experience and can bring together the whole vision of a simple but beautiful dining room. Thank you Briana, for helping me through out the entire process. You are professional, kind, patient and a well rounded human who is EXCELLENT at your job.

I made several purchases with Ethan Allen Furniture in Marlton New Jersey recently. My overall experience was excellent due to the expertise of the designer I worked with, Deborah Reed. She guided me with making the right choices and love all the pieces I purchased! My husband and I also want to acknowledge the furniture delivery experience.. top notch!

Well let me start off by saying I purchased all my furnishings from Ethan Allen Malton location. My sales person has been will be Deborah Reed excellent designerand sales person I started off with my dining room the entrance to my foyer and then we finish off my design in my family room living room tiger print on my Foyer, custom bench, and we carried the tiger print to my pillows on my custom blue chairs carry my tiger print on my blue formal chairs with tiger print pillows. She also added me a geometric shape rug for my dining room table and a beautiful mirror above my fireplace mantle ! I must say. job well down Deborah absolutely beautiful and stunning. Thank you.. Elizabeth Jackson was a huge help planning for furniture in space not sheet rocked yet. The furniture was to take 3-4 months to be completed. It was completed early and Ethan Allen wanted to deliver but we were not ready.
The delivery scheduler was extremely rude with scheduling the delivery. The delivery itself went great! The guys were personable, punctual, professional. And the furniture is beautiful. Expensive but beautiful. All but the delivery scheduler were perfect. She needs to be replaced

I was very pleased with my experience at Ethan Allen, Marlton NJ - and especially the Design expertise of Deborah Reed. I utilized the free design service offered by EA. Deborah came to my home on a Friday, listened to me about my goals and style, took measurements. On Sunday I went to the store and there was newly designed room, created in a visual program. I could see it! I gasped! It was beautiful!
I have now recreated my room against Deborah’s recommendations, and I LOVE it!
The delivery process also went smoothly and professionally and carefully. Every piece was positioned with care and precision.
I had worked with an interior designer prior - and it was NOT as seamless as this. And SO EXPENSIVE! And time consuming! This free design service from Ethan Alle. was fabulous … I could not be happier !

Great shopping experience. The pendant lights I purchased are prettier than shown in their catalogue. Customer service was great. Shipping was quick. Item was packed to perfection.

I went to EA on October 7th 2024. Then Jim came to our house to measure on 10/9/2024. I never heard back so I called 3 weeks later and he informed that he does not have any pricing as of yet. I called again and Jim was not in so I talked to they manage about our issue. She said she would call me back. Crickets still and IT'S 12/16/2024. Poor business practice and very poor customer service.

Yesterday, my wife had a very pleasent experience, shopping at Ethan Allen Furniture, in Marlton Nj. Deborah Reed was our sales person, not only was she knowledgable of her products, her styling suggestions, made the whole buying process easy and flawless! Thank you Deborah!

I recently sold my home and downsized to an apartment. I met with Deborah who I had known as she did a wonderful job for my sister. I explained that I wanted my new place to be a HOME! I wanted it to be livable ,warm and cozy and unique to my needs.it is 95% completed now and she hit the nail on the head. She “heard “ me. I open my doors with a smile everyday.Thanks Deborah
