I am Active Duty Air Force. I took my vehicles to FIrestone because they are regularly on Military installations. I took my van to the Marlton location for an oil change before my deployment. I brought my wife to show her where to take our vehicle if there were issues while I was gone. They failed to change the filter for the Oil Change. Mr. Ken Perry attempted to rectify this issue by changing the filter and giving us a free oil change in the future. I recently went back to redeem my 'free' oil change... They did it again. They did not change the filter.
Watch out- the only employee who cares about the customer at this location is Mr. Ken Perry and I guarantee they don't pay him enough. I cannot recommend that ANYONE bring their vehicle here. The mechanics are dishonest.

Quick shoutout to Ryan and his team at the Marlton Firestone location! They are the best in New Jersey. I recommend avoiding the Burlington Firestone location, as they claimed to have completed the work but didn't and made me wait 2 hours for them to do nothing. I highly recommend this location in Marlton though as I was in and out quick with the work actually done on my car!
The Marlton team fixed my alignment and balanced my tires properly, which supposedly the Burlington location claimed to do the day before but didn’t as my alignment was way out of spec. The Marlton team fixed it and my car drives perfectly again! They are great and super friendly! If you want your car fixed and done right the first time definitely go to this location. Make sure to call or make an appointment online to reduce your waiting time.

really nice guys. had a starter go on me so I called them right away. Dropped the car off same day, and they were able to squeeze me in the next day. Good peoples

This place was very quick with patching my tire. I realized I had a nail in my tire while driving to the shore and they were able to fit me in as soon as I called. They were nice enough to replace a missing dust cap for one of the tires too. Thanks for helping me enjoy the weekend!

I am now disappointed with the place where I bought my current vehicle tires and was satisfied with the purchase.
They gave me three different prices today. Unfortunately, each new price was higher than the previous one.
Finally, unfortunately, this customer representative was not very kind to me. I came again because I was happy with your company, but I was really disappointed.?

Great service. During a trip on Memorial Day weekend we experienced a tire issue 2 hours into our trip which resulted in the need for a replacement. We called tens of places on our route and most did not have the tire or could not fit us in same day. Almost every place also tried to up sale us by saying they couldn’t fit us in today but could the next but we would need to replace 2 or more tires and not just the one. Ken, came outside and checked all the tires to make sure we only needed the one, he fully explained the tread limits to us and worked with us on the best options and got us right in and got us back on the road quickly. He was very friendly and understood the issues/stress the situation was causing. If this shop wasn’t 2 hours from my house it would be the only place I would use going forward.

I have been going to the Firestone Marlton store on Rt 70 for over 10 years. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. This time they fit me in at the last minute. Great service and trustworthy advice. They never try and sell you stuff that you don’t need.
