I had such a wonderful experience with Michelle at Hello Gorgeous! She was so kind and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable right away. She has the perfect touch and even made picking out a color super easy and fun. I went with regular polish and was pleasantly surprised that it was completely dry by the time I got home – such a plus! The space was very clean, everything ran smoothly and on time, and the overall experience was amazing. Highly recommend Michelle for anyone looking for a relaxing and professional nail service! 🌸✨

I recently had the pleasure of getting lowlights done by Dianna, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the moment I walked into the salon, Dianna was attentive and genuinely listened to what I wanted. She took the time to understand my vision and offered valuable suggestions to enhance it. The end result exceeded my expectations — the lowlights are absolutely beautiful and blend perfectly with my natural hair color, which is exactly what I wanted! I’m new to the area and tried this salon after reading positive reviews. My experience was quite the opposite. The salon is dark and dingy. My stylist was rough, when shampooing and with the comb. I came in for a simple trim and refresh of layers for my long hair. My hair looks worse than when I came in. The layers are not blended whatsoever and it looks very choppy. Based on the service level, I could have gotten a better haircut at a chain like hair cuttery.
To top it off, my card was charged $3 more than I was told at checkout. They do not print receipts, email only, so I didn’t realize until I got home. I reached out to the salon twice about this and was told the stylist would have to call me back since she personally entered the price. I have never heard back. Service is poor on all fronts. If you’re looking for a new salon, this isn’t it.

got a haircut 11-30-23. i have never given a bad review, normally would not bother to be hurtful. what the h was the stylist thinking? my daughter was abrupt and rude. i thought my daughter was getting carried away, until i got home, and took a better look. horrible, always remember, you can take more hair off but you cannot put it back!!!!! over 2 years of regrowth hacked off!!! why would you think every woman over 50 wants some typical cut???? bob length, without the chopping under cut would have been a good place to start!!!!!!! it will take me 2 years to regrow the under cut! yes, with everything going on in the world, i remind myself how shallow this may seem, we talked about world events while she was cutting, but seriously? a bad cut is a bad cut!!!!!!!

I just got back from an appointment and as soon as I walked into my house my mom goes "i don't see a difference". Either do i. When i got to the salon i told my stylist i wanted layers and to give my hair some more life as well as some tips on some products that won't wear my hair down. I showed the stylist the products i had been using and she said that i could be weighing down my hair. And that she would style it wavy for me.She cut maybe an inch of my hair and gave me the smallest and so few layers. During styling she put in two products that have left my hair so crunchy. My hair is completly dry but it still looks wet from how crunchy my hair is. It feels like straw.I also felt judged the entire appointment. I had mentioned that i may want a wolf cut with heavy layering and my stylist made a face. Then later I had said that i shaved my hair two years ago and my stylist went "why would you do that".I have gotten better hair cuts at hair cuttery and am debating going back to get to them to get this fixed.Services: Shampoo & conditioning

Really poor customer service! I got a very expensive crooked haircut in Marlton and they could care less! Offered a repair in 2 days!!! Terrible! I'm sorry I have to even go back for the repair.Services: Haircut
