Husbands BewareI bought my wife a Christmas gift using my own credit card. The sales person was helpful and even access my wife's in store profile to help me with her Isize. She boxed ,wrapped and put "my"receipt in the bag .However latter that evening my wife received an email receipt showing exactly what I had bought her earlier that day. So much for a Christmas morning surprise.

I hadn’t purchased from JJill in awhile but decided to give them another try. I do not live near a store so I ordered a dress online. It was discounted, which was good, but I had to pay almost $9.00 in shipping charges. I received the dress and it didn’t fit. (JJill clothes used to fit me perfectly but they changed their sizing. This was an XSP, and was too large) Unfortunately, I now have to pay almost $7.00 in return shipping fees. There are too many stores that offer free shipping and free returns so I will not be purchasing from J Jill again for a while. Very disappointed.

My new favorite store. The ladies there are wonderful, and treat customers like friends. Most of my wardrobe is from there; I do wait for the 30% off sales, as the clothes are a bit pricey (but well worth it). I particularly love their jeans and pants; they fit me well.
