They need trained staff. Was disappointed that the nail polish bubbled and started peeling off. Experience was like going to a staff in training who did not know what they were doing.

I came here yesterday for the first time. got gel x and pedicure. Olivia did my services she was absolutely amazing. Olivia took her time with me my pedicure came out great my nail loved my nails as well. This place is clean and absolutely reasonably priced. Especially with the Groupon specials. I will be 100% going back this is my new place to go. Everyone go see Olivia you won't be disappointed

Nicolette and the entire staff at Jacquie’s Place are top notch. They offer professional, kind, and consistent service. They feel like family and anytime I have the chance to have Nicolette take care of my hands and feet I feel like royalty!! I can’t recommend JP enough!

Although they did attempt to help the first time....Unfortunately this place doesn't apply gel polish well. I bought this on Groupon and had high hopes because of other reviews, I got my nails done on a Thursday 3 days later they were all lifting. I got them fixed again on a Saturday and 3 days later they are lifting again. It's supposed to last at least 2 weeks, yet I barely made the two times of fixing my nails for a full 2 weeks. I paid an extra $20 up charge for the gel nails and now they won't fix it free of charge because it's already been fixed once....this is not a way to do business if it's supposed to last AT LEAST 2 weeks according to your nail tech. There should be no reason that you can't fix my nails...it's due to the application and the salon is not meant for people that might have an oily nail base.

I got the most amazing prenatal massage from Sandra at Jacquie’s Place! When I came in the room was dimmed and light music was playing. I was instantly relaxed. Since this was my first prenatal massage Sandra explained how the massage would go from start to finish. Sandra used the perfect amount of pressure and really loosened my body up and relaxed me so much! Definitely the best massage I have ever received!

I have had the pleasure of being serviced by Nicolette for the past 2 years now. She is an amazing nail technician. I have been getting theBio Sculpture nails ?? They do not damage your natural nails at all!! No drill needed. The massage that accompanies the pedicure is wonderful... Mrs Agatha does my eyebrows and I love them.. The salon is very professional friendly and if you happen to be there on a day there's cake well the rest is history!!!
