The service was horrible. The women’s at the front desk was so rude. When I asked the prices of clothes they didn’t wanted to answer to my questions so that’s why I didn’t buy anything from this store I was about to buy it but since the service was awful why should I buy it !?

The place is clean and well organised.
The quality is great.
Nancy and Melinda were very helpful and friendly, and they highly appreciated their service. They were too patient with us. They provided us with great service, leading us to even buy more.

I recently visited Inaccurate time after seeing their hours on Google My Business, which indicated they were open until 7:00 PM. However, upon arrival, I found a sign stating they closed at 5:00 PM. This was especially frustrating since their website has the correct hours. It seems there’s a disconnect between their online listings and actual operating hours. I suggest they update their Google listing to avoid further confusion for customers. Accurate information is crucial, and I hope they address this soon.

I do not post ratings usually but today at 1 day of new year i went out with my family for breakfast and as usual being a mom I am always looking to shop for my kids. The moment I saw janie and jack i got excited that I am definitely going to go crazy at my fav shop but the sales lady there with no ethics and kindness towards my kids. She was extremely rude and literally shouted at my 2 years old daughter for just being standing there. I would never go back to this shop again.

Communistic corporate policies! We have been loyal Janie and Jack customers for 14 years with 4 children. We spent thousands of dollars there. They changed their return policy from 6 month to 45 days sometime during the pandemic. We told them we were unaware of the change even though the policy is in the fine print. Now they are refusing to even give us a store credit! We will not be going back there.

My wife occasionally sends me to pickup/buy over priced clothes for our daughter. The clothes themselves are trendy and seem to be good quality, just very over priced IMHO. Anyway, the reason for giving a 1 star review is due to an older lady that works here (possible owner/ manager). My wife likes to buy 2-3 outfits for that one occasion, then return the ones that we didnt use. This lady acts like she is doing me the biggest favor in the world when I'm returning the clothes. I can feel the attitude from here every-time. When I go to other store locations, the employees are so nice, they even remind me to check my email for coupons! This lady is the opposite, she hates when you use a coupon. Hopefully she can find a man and take a chill pill. I pray for her.
